Elimitech Pest Elimination

We have been using Elimitech now for about 4 months. I will tell you Francisco is awesome! We were not home on his first visit but were able to see his work from our recorded video. He leaves no corner undone and cleaned the cob webs we did have. We have not seen ant ants or spiders since he’s been treating our home. He is way better than the other service we had. I highly recommend him to any home owner. You won’t be disappointed.

Always professional, courteous, and very informative. Does a thorough job each time. I will never go back to Terminex or larger scale companies again. He demonstrates way more knowledge than any of the other Terminex guys I hired in the past.

Customer when this was called California Pest Control back 2009 or 2010. Had the entire home sprayed inside and outside because we had a HUGE ant problem that took over the kitchen island. We also had a surprise visitor cockroach and I basically decided to almost set the house on fire. (Just kidding.)
Well of course, it’s 2015, and we haven’t seen those ants since. This stuff is so powerful that it’s STILL killing stuff that come into the garage! I think they’re called Jewish Crickets or something but they look like small crustacean crabs… That thing I didn’t even know existed until Francisco sprayed my house. It was scary that these things were walking around undetected! We still see a scorpion once in a while but I think his formula must not have targeted those guys.
Highly recommend this service, very professional and personable. He answered all my questions (I’m sure I asked a lot!). He’s the one I’m calling when those pests start showing up again. Great work!

Francisco is awesome! Super friendly, great pricing, affordable, and honest. After reading several Unilocal reviews I was convinced Francisco and Elimitech was the person to hire for the job. I had consulted with Elimitech after seeing several spiders and insects around my home. Francisco explained the process and informed me the chemical he uses were safe for pets and children. He treated my entire yard, garage, inside and outside perimeter of home, which includes the awnings, windows, everywhere! Since having Elimitech out to my home, I haven’t seen a spider or insect lurking around the house. In fact, I saw several insects dead that would if not treated been lurking inside my house. Thanks alot Francisco, I take pride in supporting small business and will definitely make this service a part of our routine. See ya every quarter!

Let me just say this guy is the best !!! He came to my home at the promised time and did exceptional service. We had just moved into a Condo that had a yucky pest problem :(. He is very professional answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone that is suffering from a pest problem. Had a great experience the 1^st (and 2^nd) time we used Elimitech. Unfortunately I tried setting an appointment for an annual maintenance and he never reteurned my call. I left multiple messages as well as called from various phones. Standard business practice would be to leave a message stating you are closed or on vacation or at least return my call. I have yet to get a call back and it’s been over a week. I had no choice but to call another company.

Extremely professional. At first he was hesitant to come to my area. He has established boundaries. I assured him by map quest that he was located very near by. He explained what treatment he was going to use and what would happen over the next 2 weeks. As promised, the problem was gone and has not returned. Highly recommend his service.

Elimitech is a professional, reliable pest control company that gets the job done RIGHT!!! Reasonable prices and extremely professional. Francisco sure knows what he’s doing and will never offer services you don’t need. We asked for the same services we had prior thinking we would continue to need them. He was honest and said we didn’t need all of them. We now have him service our family business monthly just for maintenance. Since then, there have been no signs of any type of rodents! Professional, friendly, reliable service. Had a problem with a rat that got into our attic. After setting traps, Francisco also went around the entire house and secured any potential points of entry. Followed up with us after one week as promised. Would definately use this company again.

I was fed-​up with Terminix and one of my friends recommended Elimitech. I decided «What the heck, they can’t be worse than Terminix and if my friend is vouching for them, why not?!» So I booked my consult (free!!) and from day one Francisco did not BS me. He was on-​time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He straight-​up told me what it would take to solve my bug problem and he gave me various options. After the first service I immediately noticed a difference and I am still a happy camper!
I sent him over to my grandmother’s house to take care of her scary bee problem, and her home is bee free! (which honestly I thought wasn’t possible). I have recommended him to a bunch of friends and family and they are also super happy. Our pest problems are no longer an issue and I’m a hero for recommending them :)
Safe, clean, professional, and reasonably priced. A little weird to rant and rave about a pest control company, but it is rare to see such service and professionalism these days without getting ripped off.

CALIFORNIA PEST CONTROL IS AMAZING!
Francisco the owner came over to my house in Pasadena and did a extremely fabulous job. He laid high quality poison, sticky traps and spring traps. He went through the extermination throughly with me and told me where the problem was, how I can stop it from recurring. He also cleaned up some mouse bodies.
He’s had many years experience at Terminax and now is a independent licensed contractor. I know when I was looking for critter control, I was looking for someone trustworthy to come into my house and California Pest Control was definitely that. I had a couple estimates done at my house previously and he the most reasonably priced one by far. He responds to clients quickly, informatively and actually really cares about the client.
