We offer great pricing on cabinets, granite, flooring, paint, plumbing, electrical, masonry, tree removal, clean outs, demo, inspection repairs, water and fire damage, drywall, re-​pipes, fencing, meter upgrades, solar evaluations (NABCEP Certified), and whatever you can dream up, we look forward to working with YOU !.

Eric Coker and his team of contractors have been satisfying customers 1 at a time for the last 7 years. We do work for the Real Estate Industry, Property Management Firms, and the public at large.

Business Owner

I come from a long line of do-​it-​ourselfers. I started out maintaining family rental properties, remodeling, and renovating. I have done many things in my life, military service, college, class A driver, auto mechanic, repossession, developer, network administrator (MCSE, CNE, CCNA, A+), but I really enjoy home remodeling. So in early 2007 I became a CA licensed contractor. I currently hold the General B, and C-​10 Electrical licenses (889 498). I treat each home as if «I» were the person living in it. I really do take pride in jobs well done, and the friendships that develop through that process. I have three children and a wonderful wife that give me all the reason I need to do what I do. My creed has developed to simply be — Honest, Friendly, and Affordable.
