No problem with the products or the brand itself, however, a 15 plus minute wait with only one person working the cashier and she was helping someone with a returned product. Got passed by 2 workers who just glanced at me and returned to rearranging store products before a 3rd one actually asked if I had been helped.

Amazing costumer service. I need something looked up online and the lady did everything for me and had put on hold. So amazing.

If you have to have baby clothes, or if you’ve recently gone to one of many restaurants and enjoyed multiple beverages, this store is perfect for you! There’s always some dumb person with their too big stroller going through the too small aisles, the customer service is non-existent and the stock does not flow between baby gap and big gap, even though they’re separated by an empty door. But they’re cheap and the clothes are cute.

I’ve shopped here twice now, once when it was super busy and I had to wait forever in the check outline… The second time, there was no body in the store and when I asked the associate a question she acted like she was too busy to help me… Even though there were no other customers in the store. I came here for the maternity section, the gap maternity is a good starter area for prego women… BUT now that I’m in my second trimester and really showing, the pants don’t fit my curves, even going up one size(which I thought was a logical solution) didn’t fit, the size larger was actually tighter than the size I bought there previously. Maternity shirts are nice here though :)

Customer service? We don’t need no stinking customer service! After my daughter specifically asked if we could come here after lunch, I happily obliged. She is in the middle of a growth spurt with a severe lack of summer clothing and the sign outside read additional 25% all Sale items. This had the potential to be a meeting of stated need and product delivered. It just turned out to me being non plussed. Not once, not once, after passing by over five employees, after employee three I started to count, did anyone ask me if I needed help. Not even when I was desperately trying to reach a t-shirt on a top rack. Someone walked right past me. Slow simmer begins now… At that point I wanted to walk out but would have heard from my daughter all the way home on how I ruined her day by not getting her her«best friend kitties» shirt. In the end this factor coupled with my cheapness won out and I waited in line(for ten minutes) with my two $ 5.00 dollar t-shirts while two salesgirl chatted over in plain site at the Baby Gap counter. Oh and their bathroom smelled like raw sewage. I am not over exaggerating this.

I’ve been here a few times, and they had some of the(dare I say) cutest clothes for my little boy. I was pretty upset, however, to find that on Halloween they were one of the few stores that wasn’t giving candy to kids. No… they didn’t run out of candy, they had a sign that said they weren’t giving candy! What’s up with that? Well that just knocks down their rating in my book. Maybe they don’t have the same beliefs, but my son’s night was ruined because that one particular store didn’t have candy. Well, not really, but I’m sure some kid had a horrible Halloween because they didn’t have candy. Ok, probably not, but it did bug me enough to write a review… a few months later… after seeing a Gap review on Unilocal… but that’s beside the point. They didn’t give candy!
