Graphics Factory Printing

This company has sponsored a charity event I am involved with, RC Haunt. I’ve been working with Gary and Steve and I have to say that these guys are amazing. This is a professional company and they are easy to work with and their work is on point. They created a large sign for us 2×20 ft to put up at Bass Pro Shops and it turned out great. It also seems to be pretty durable. They also made some business card sized flyers to pass out at local events. When I passed them out, people were happy to take them. They were able to use our logo and our flyer layout from another graphic designer and both items turned out perfectly. We are also having them print out some tickets for our event’s giveaways over the radio. We haven’t picked them up yet but I have no doubt that they are going to look perfect and be as promised. The other thing is that they were able to print those cards for me at the last minute when I needed them, which most of the other print shops could not have done. I am an impressed customer and I strongly recommend this business for any of your printing needs. They do it all, including giving back to their community.

Just got off the phone with Gary. Very nice and very affordable prices. $.35 for color glossy? What!!! I’ll be going there soon to pick them up. Thanks again Gary!

Such a refreshing business to work with. Great customer service! Working on a display and instead of just going with what I gave them they took time to give me their suggestions and expertise to have a better outcome. I gave them a rush job with an unrealistic turn time but they got it done for me. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve been a customer for several years and Gary and Stephen always deliver a great product at a great price. Projects I have done with them include; wraps, comic books, DVD covers, prints and die cut decals. I’m no printing expert and they have really been generous with their advice in helping me prepare files. I’m very grateful that I have a local business like this to help me get my projects completed.

If I could give a 0 star I would… I have used them before and the service and experience was perfect! However for my return visit all they did was collect my money (cash too!) and show me, my fiancé, and my project no respect. Now I’m out $ 70 and they can’t even accept responsibility and even offer a partial refund. I only asked for them to make 40 wedding passport invitations I showed them an exact sample of what I wanted and they ruined EVERYTHING!!! the size was incredibly off by half, the photo orientation is off, the print quality is a joke, the paper quality is definitely off. To make matters worse, they don’t been have the decency to reply to emails and when you call they make you feel like you are bothering them. they had me on a wild goose chase trying to get this project done, and they still found a way to present me with crap, no apologies, no refund, not partial refund, no credit for. reprint…absolutely nothing!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE… I ended up running elsewhere, which was a very satisfying experience!

This place is amazing, I was a bit skeptical at first because the prices were so cheap and I though the quality would be too. That was not the case at all. They know what it is like for a small business owner and they’re here to help us with finding fair prices for us. The quality in the work they do, is superb. Best of all, the customer service is excellent, couldn’t find all this anywhere else. Keep it up you guys!

Graphics Factory is the place to go if you looking to get high quality printing for a good price. Never disappointed on the work they do. Friendly staff, willing to hear your ideas and design for you. Love iT.
