Our carpet is expensive and vulnerable to fraying when scrubbed. Andrew reassured my wife and I that his cleaning hardware would not cause any damage. We are extremely happy with his gentle yet effective approach to carpet cleaning. Our extremely expensive carpet looks and feel like new.

Yesterday I had an appt for carpet cleaning with Andrew (the owner) I’ve had my carpets cleaned by him before and I loved how meticulous he was plus my carpets dried in an hour!!! How exciting is that?! I’m a little bit of a neat freak so clean carpets are a must. I was in a rush to have my carpets cleaned as I recently went out of town and my loveable but stubborn shih-​tzu decided to throw a tantrum and pee in a few specific spots. Cute huh?! So needless to say I was mortified and needed clean carpets asap. I called Monday and was scheduled for a Thursday morning cleaning. I specified that there were two main pet problem areas and Andrew assured me he could take care of it but it would be a little extra ($ 25). Not a bad deal. Andrew showed up got to work and viola!!! In under 45 min I had amazing looking carpet that also smelled good. He sprayed enzymes on the pet area to get rid of germ and bacteria as well as odor. I’m so happy with the results! I expected nothing less as I had already used this carpet cleaning service but you truly don’t know how happy it makes me that you aren’t put out by having wet carpets for hours or sometimes days. An hours dry time is quite magical!!! On top of it, Andrew is nice, curteous and professional! Yay, for Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning!!! Oh btw, he cleaned two rooms and the extra charge for the pet stains added up to $ 125. My house is a little under 1300 sf and the entire downstairs was cleaned for that price. Color me happy! I highly recommend you use them if you’re in the area!!! Thanks Andrew!

They do a phenomenal job! Owner is very professional and service is great. I have two small dogs that are not yet potty trained and he was able to get all the pet stains and odors out of the carpet, and a month later they still haven’t resurfaced (unlike other carpet cleans I have had in the past) … I was very impressed!
