Help U Sell Flint Realty

Craig has helped me buy two homes and sell one to date. I will be using him again in the near future to sell my current home. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m moving to West LA I would be using him to buy my next home as well. (West LA is a bit outside his coverage area)
This man goes above and beyond for his clients. When trying to sell my last home I’m pretty sure we went through every possible crazy situation we could with our buyers. (okay, I’m probably being somewhat dramatic, but it is safe to say that it wasn’t a typical transaction) Escrow took way longer then it should have and the house we had put an offer on was getting somewhat impatient. But Craig was constantly in contact with the seller’s agent and made sure to keep him and his client in the loop and eventually we got our house! If I remember correctly they waited almost 2.5 months to close escrow with us because of our buyers on our home! (Are you outraged right now? Ya, so were we!)
He makes sure you understand what is going on throughout the entire process. And if you have any questions he will answer them for you multiple times… what’s escrow again???
