Established in 1997.

IE Pools LLC. Formerly Vine Pool Service Was established in 1997. Because of growth and tax reasons we decided to incorporate and change the name in 2007. Our old name Vine Pool Service was a family business we established in 1997. We still own the name it’s just not in use any longer. We are still the same family, same people, same great service. We are proud of both our old company name and our new company. Either way you look at it we are a well established company in Rancho Cucamonga and we have over 20 years experience in and around the Inland Empire. In fact the owners Paul and Jeff started in the swimming pool industry back in the early 90’s with their uncle who owned a large swimming pool supply and service company in San Gabriel Valley, CA. We look forward to continued growth and serving our community and our customers with the same passion that got us here.

Pool Service Repair Technicians/​Owners/​Managers. Paul and Jeff Vine (Brothers) share ownership of IE Pools LLC. We also share all duties that the business requires of us. With a combined experience of over 20 years there isn’t any swimming pool issue we haven’t dealt with. The industry is becoming very technologically advanced and we strive to educate ourselves and keep up with the latest trends and technology. That combined with our old school work ethic of the working class we have been able to grow and succeed in our community.

Ignore the fake good reviews. I have had constant problems with these guys. Poor follow through. The owner sends people out to skim the pools who have no idea on how pool mechanics actually work. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I «had a leak in my pool», which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service.
Now, since I’ve cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off.
Don’t use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-​off.

I have been using IE Pools for over a year and have not been happy with my service. Twice I’ve had to ask them to come out for a reservice because less then a day after service my pool wasn’t clean. It usually takes about three days to get someone back out. I also had the guy servicing my pool tell me my water was old and he was having a difficult time regulating the chemicals and said he would have Paul give me a call to discuss. Paul never called. The last time I asked them to reservice the pool I questioned Paul directly if someone had been out on my regular service day and he avoided answering my questions and continued to state that he would send someone out for a reservice (in three days). A few weeks ago the office called and said the service guy found a leak and they could fix it for $ 157. Paul came out and fixed the equipment then emailed me a bill for $ 314! I called to question as to why or why I didn’t get a phone call if the expenses were going to be double from what I was originally quoted. Paul text me back, apparently picking up the phone these days is too much to ask for, and said he wasn’t sure who gave me the quote because he is the only one who is supposed to give quotes. Wait. What? I basically had to tell him that it isn’t my fault they have guys giving quotes that shouldn’t be. His text said «unfortunately we are not always perfect» and I was just the «lucky» one who got bad service. He eventually agreed to settle for the originally quoted price. When I expressed I had other service concerns he offered a free month of service, never asking what my concerns even were. I wouldn’t recommend IE Pools to anyone. Poor service and lack of follow through. What a hassle. Currently looking for a new pool service.

I E pools is a great company. We bought our house three years ago from someone who took care of their own pool and kept it pristine. My husband and I don’t have those skills. Thank goodness we found I E Pools. They charge a reasonable fee and are very reliable. When issues have arisen with the equipment I E has helped us decide whether to fix or replace and they did so quickly and took the burden off of us. We have never felt our trust has been misplaced.

Great service… very, very reasonable in price. I had a problem with what I thought was with the water pump, ended up being a clogged pipe full of leaves. Paul arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 5 minutes… or what should have been 5 minutes. Due to my pool system being very old and the valves are underground, Paul’s quick visit turned into multiple visits for him. After removing the valve cover to get to the leaves clogging the pipe, water gushed out covering the whole assembly. He then had to drain the pool until the water level got below the valve level to put the cover back on properly. Even with the unexpected extra work, he still only charged me for the cost of unclogging the pipe as if it was a 5 minute job. Very patient and honest guy who gets the job done correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

Wow! I had this gentleman’s services before he started his own business and he did his job like if it was his own pool. I love the personal touch of caring for a clients pool since my family will be swimming in it and a service tech will insure that the PH levels and sanitary levels are right so my family will be swimming in a clean pool. TY for all your personal care in my family’s pool.

Paul and Jeff are a Excellent Team and took care of our pool, spa and waterfall for three years. They are quick to respond and always made it right. They also look for ways to save money IE fixing the old part or replacing with new at 3 to 4 times the cost.
After many“Good Talking Pool Repair People” they came through and did just what they Promised.
Paul and Jeff are Second to None! We truly Believe they are the Best!

We used them because of a high rating from Unilocal but found they were very lacking in follow thru. Instead of doing the things we agreed upon after a month service it was dragged out over several months and even then it never happened. The person they sent to clean our pool lacked experience or just didn’t want to work. I would seriously look longer for a company that will do exacly what YOU want them to do and not a company that will tell you what they WONT do only after you hire them. Very disapointing.

Paul went above and beyond to help me get my spa to work on the weekend before a big party. I’ve had their cleaning service for three months and they do a great job on my pool which gets pretty dirty from the wind. I highly recommend them for their fantastic customer service and reasonable prices.

Great service. Prompt responses. Being a first time home owner with an in ground pool, I have had a ton of questions. Every text or call to reach Paul was always answered. I had an issue with my spa one morning and called Paul to ask him for help, he actually ended up stopping by himself to check out what was going on. He fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. This guy knows what he is doing and appears straight forward and genuine. I highly recommend this company.

Paul has always helped us go from green to clean every spring! This past spring we had him put in a completely new filter, heater, and pump. Love the upgrade and got an Edison rebate to boot! They always have reasonable prices and they are very good to work with. Extremely accommodating.

are there still some very honest people there in the word. YES PAUL OWNER of I E repair service is. i was so pleased with his service, his quality of work, efficeincy and promptness that he left me in AWE. my heater in pool ans spa was not working. i called pool service man a week ago, he charged me $ 330 waisted my time and left me wher i was telling me it might cost ANOTHER $ 1000 before the heater will turn on. he was rude and i had to let it go. Today i called I E pool repair service finding them on google. he promptly answered, came in an hour. i showed him the checks i gave the previous guy and tol him he says it will cost me $ 1000 because several parts are burnt. paul without giving me his estimate or asking me money, worked deligently for about and hour and got the system going with perfect working of heater and all pumps. i was amazed, no parts replacements. i asked him how much i owe you, he surprised me telling that it is only $ 29.99 just my service fee.
oh i am so happy, i was mentally spend 500 to 700 dollars as previuos guy has told me it will be around $ 1000, paul knew this, he could have taken advantage of my predicament but no he was honest and efficient. i will highly recommend him.

I have used this company twice now and both times I received EXCELLENT service! The first time was for the air sensor. My service tech was named Paul and he was so honest during the first service call. He stated this is an easy part to replace, told me how and said it would be cheaper for me to do it if I was comfortable with it, otherwise he’d be happy to do it for me. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt when calling back and scheduling an appt. You can also contact through the website, which is an added plus! My second service call was for valve replacement. He came out same day of contact for assessment and stated he may be back that afternoon or following day at the latest to replace. I know their schedule doesn’t always allow for same day service, but it’s nice to get it when its available! Their prices are reasonable too! Overall, GREAT company. I would HIGHLY recommend!
