My dining experience was awesome! The atmosphere was vibrant and memorable. Rebecca was our server last night, she was sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back !!

My experience here was great. We came in on a sunday evening and were seated in 10 minutes(every other restaurant was 1 to 2 hours wait)! The service was 5 stars, our waiter Van did an excellent job. The food was good, I ordered a chicken salad, my husband ordered the Rajin Cajun. The portions are a good size. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Music too load, drinks watery, horrible service but the Ribeye was cooked perfect and served with no knife. The Chocolate cake was the best. We brought it home to enjoy.

Went on Sunday February 21st around 1pm. First really bad experience at Joe’s. Store was a little busy but not nearly full. Hostess first sat us at a picnic bench inside that was so uncomfortable we had to move. Saw the hostess seat two other couples separately at the same table and they also moved. Waiter was very nice. Went there specifically for the oysters special but they ran out. Food took nearly an hour to arrive. My lobster was mush. Overall food quality was below what I expected from Joe’s which has been a favorite. Don’t know what happened.

I was really surprised that this place was so empty but it was a Thursday night. I was hungry and my son wanted to go somewhere«good» I let him decide and this is where he decided. We normally come here for lunch or earlier dinners when we have a large group because the patio seating is great and they have a playground. The kids can play while the adults talk and enjoy a drink. The older kids normally all hang out or play tag. The smaller kids play on the equipment. It makes for a great time for everyone. The prices here are great because they always have a special going on. I had a ribeye. My son had a crab pot and his dad had the lobster with crab. With drinks our bill was under $ 100. They have really good drink specials and $ 2 beer and margaritas.

Went there on Valentine’s for lunch. Had a steampot with crab and lobster. FYI. I love Joe’s Crab Shack but have never been to this one in Rancho Cucamonga. My ONE complaint was the lobster… the tail was separated from the body, no big deal. I was left with only a scallop sized piece of meat in the tail. And it was soggy. The tail was much bigger than the piece of meat that came with it. I do not believe in returning food. Seen too many nasty videos. But I will not go back to this location again. Wasted money. I will drive south to Oceanside Harbor’s location for a most delectable meal instead!

The one star goes to the corn on the cob that wasn’t half bad and our server who was so sweet. But the food was bad, no flavor. Everything was just wrong. I regret spending the $ 50+ on this meal. Probably not coming back, ever. If $ 15 for a whole Maine lobster sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Came to visit a friend we had a mommy play date and I loved how this location had a patio with a play area for the kids. So I enjoyed a cocktail while the children played actually it was a lot of parents who were on the patio relaxing while the kids played or ate at the table. Service was great.

Took my dad out for all you can eat crabs for his birthday! We had a blast! A big thank you to our awesome waitress Jaleah! I asked for a sweet(not virgin) strawberry daiquiri with whip cream and cherries and she dressed it up so pretty that everyone was staring at it! Thank you! Although the crabs were yummy you made my night with my drink! You’re awesome!

I’m leaving a 5 stars review for one reason. The server Jaime is exemplary. We’ve always sat in her section and our experience was always second to none; however, the last two times we went she was not there and we had 2 different servers. I don’t know how it’s possible but every aspect of the experience diminished. I mean — it was ok, but the experience was not even close to the same Tonight, we’re going again but if Jaime isn’t working tonight we’ll be leaving.

My husband took me out for my first Joe’s Crab Shack experience and it was great! I love that this location was not crowded when we arrived at noon, and there is plenty of parking since it’s away from the shopping center. I loved my delicious crab, and service was excellent! Our waitress– Ashley was super attentive, and even let us sample some hush puppies! I want to go back and try one of the delicious looking cocktails in the mason jars. I will definitely return!

Have been to this one a few times. Love the food, although today my lobster was dry & blackened, but the manager had a perfect one sent right out Service is always great. Our problem is with the cleanliness of the place. Bathroom HC stall latch is just hanging, fixtures are old n filthy as are some light switches. Place needs detailed cleaning on a daily basis. I have pictures.

Treated my parents to lunch. Our waitress Sandra was Great she was very helpful which menu and specials she went above and beyond. Food was delicious. I had the lobster pot, my Dad had the craw fish and shrimp pot and mom had a fried fish in lobster sauce with rice. It was great. Place is clean and ambience was pleasant. Will come back.

Mediocre, at best. Good selection of seafood buckets, to suite everyone’s fancy. The cleanliness of the establishment could of been better. Our tables and chairs were filthy, and old food was on the floor and sitting next to us. The taste of the seafood was ok, also. We ordered King, Queen and Snow crab, and a whole lobster. The crab was good, but the lobster seemed like it had been sitting all day(already cooked — rubbery). I ordered a bloody mary, with a crab leg in it. The drink was well done.

Ok so I’m a fan of Joes Crab Shack. As a matter of fact, I used to come to this location at the minimum of once a month but usually a lot more. For some time now, I’ve been noticing that the quality of the food and just the restaurant overall have been declining(I’m only referring to this specific location). I came in last week with my girlfriend hoping that the decline I’ve been seeing was just in my mind and that I was going to have an awesome experience. The restaurant was semi full of people who were eating and I saw plenty of open tables. We were told it was going to be a 25 to 30 minute wait. Apparently the wait time was that long because they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate the amount of people waiting to eat(even though they had open tables). I don’t mind waiting when the restaurant is full, but I do hate the lack of staff being available to support the amount of customers wanting to spend their money.(Oh by the way, this was a weekend, in which you would assume the restaurant is going to be at its busiest) We ordered our food. I got the«Joes Original Steampot» and my girlfriend got«The KJ Steampot». The taste of my food was ok(not great like it used to be) but the shrimp was a bit mushy as if it was over cooked. Her steampot didn’t look good. I’ve attached a picture from the menu of her steampot and a picture of her actual food that was brought over to the table. I realize the food doesn’t actually look like the picture in the menu but this just supports my opinion on the overall quality of this location. After eating I went into the restroom to wash my hands and pee. I walked over to the urinal and noticed piss on the floor around the urinal. I was wearing sandals so I decided to pass on standing in pee and decided to use the bathroom stall instead. As I walked into the stall, there was feces on the toilet(see attached picture). Yes I get that the restaurant can’t control how nasty people can be, but at least get someone in there to do often checks on the restrooms so they can be cleaned. If you need to do more checks when the restaurant is busy, so be it. Overall I have noticed a great decline in this location and if I’m going to choose to go out and eat and spend 25 dollars a person, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel comfortable. I won’t be coming back to this specific location.

Amy was our waitress. She did a great job. There was a few other girls helping out also. They were on top of it. Our buckets came out quick. Hot. I love the corn there. The beer selection was good. The only downfall and I know this isn’t them. What u get when u pay $ 9 ex buck for crab is so small!!! I mean I still ate it. But you were kinda like man… That’s so small. But really for a chain restaurant this is yummy. Never had bad service here. The bathrooms are clean. The dancing they do is cool. Although you can see the ones that don’t like to doing it. Or are bored with it. If your getting«paid» to dance and smile. You should. But overall this ain’t gonna not have me come back. Waaaayyyyyy better that Red Lobster:)
