I had such an amazing time! Since I went to a cosmetology and makeup school I’m very critical of how others fix me up. Cristina did amazing on my makeup and did a good job curling my hair I took like 5000 selfies that day
The photographer was literally one of the best I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with quite a lot she was obviously educated in how to be sexy or something because even though it seems like all the clients do the same poses… they all looked super hot
Both girls were just the best I’ve been trying to think of more reasons to go in for more photos
The one thing I will say is for only a few photos you’ll be paying a LOT of money (not that they do t deserve every penny) but definitely take advantage of some type of financial plan or if you have money like that and can pay all at one contact me b/​c we need to be friends

These women allowed me to see how beautiful I am! I was so nervous, I’m very self conscious and they put me at ease… Thank you to Christina for making me beautiful and to Emily for capturing that beauty!

Emily is the most amazing photographer! I felt so at ease during my photo shoot. This was my second time there and it was just as fun as the last time. Sitting for hair and makeup is nice, since I won’t do it myself. These ladies are very professional and run a great business. People can’t expect to get things for free, so don’t go in expecting it. The pictures are top-​notch classy! I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to several friends and co-​workers who have seen my pictures.

Before I start explaining why I gave LBD boudoir such a bad rating I want to say my photographer Emily was very nice and sweet and seemed like a great person.
I wanted to make my fiancé something special for the new year and thought this would be the perfect gift because I tend to be insecure and all that. When I called to inquire about the process they sell you this idea that you will be going to an amazing studio with an amazing lingerie wardrobe and will feel like a model with you hair and make up done. I thought great not a bad deal considering lingerie is expensive and my hair and makeup will be done. They are so enthusiastic and convincing on the phone I got excited and booked my appointment. An hour later I realized, 95 $/​photo is kind of crazy expensive and not worth it especially with my tight wedding budget. I called to cancel and was told there are no cancellation. I explained that I was never verbally told this when paying over the phone and was getting upset, so they offered me 100 $ off and were again very convincing, promising me I will feel so beautiful and look amazing and that I am there for 5 hours and that people even fly in just to have their photos done here. Well because every girl would be persuaded when they are told they will look their best I said okay don’t worry about getting the manager Ill come in.
After driving an hour to get there, I was told to wait for almost an hour before I was taken in for makeup/​hair. The makeup was nice and the hair too but nothing worth 300 $ (you can go to blowdry bar and get the same look for 40 $ and buy a product at a makeup counter get them to do your makeup and have the same result).
Here is the part that drove me crazy… over the phone when making the reservation I said I work evenings and need to leave by 6 so a 1pm appointment would be no problem. I waited for hours before the photographer actually began interacting with me. I could hear her previous client going on and on about choosing her photos and i was sitting on a bench in dressing room waiting… and waiting. I was getting so impatient and irritated. So there are those glorious hours you pay for. I appreciated that finally the photographer acknowledged that she has another client and that she needs to wrap it up. When trying to chose an outfit, nothing in their «amazing» closet was actually nice or good quality and it looked over used. Luckily i brought a couple of my own things or else I would have been screwed. Their shoes all look super cheap so my recommendation is **please go buy your own nice lingerie and shoes because if your spending that much on photos you dont want to look cheap**.
The photo process was very quick. Emily was nice about showing you the body positions. I feel like in the 5 hours i was there the least amount of time was spent taking the actual photos. When you sit in the room to look at them I feel like its a little bit of a pressured situation considering the photographer is sitting with you and you dont want to tell them omg I hate it. But when I saw my pictures I wasnt crazy about any of them. I was very underwhelmed. I feel like no attention was paid to my face or my angles. My face looks terrible in almost every photo except for the ones where its hidden or blocked. Because i was waiting so much before the photos and feeling rushed I feel like my face looks terrible and some photos my hair clearly needs to move over and things like that and maybe im a perfectionist but I was expecting those details to be considered especially for 92 $ a photo.
I wanted to make my fiancé a calendar so i knew i needed at least 12 photos so I was thinking to get 13 to get the 92 $/​photo deal. There were so many pics I was like ew I look ugly but was convinced I dont and i ended up choosing 15 photos so that I have a couple options when making the album and calender thinking maybe i would like some of them more the more I looked at them later.
As i sat with the photos to make his gift i started crying because i seriously look so bad for myself and was expecting to think I look good. I cannot get over how bad my face angles are and how much I wished she would have looked at them and helped me look better. After all that money I decided Im not making his gift after all considering there are only 2 photos I am actually okay with. I feel like it was a waste of my money, I am super disappointed, did not enjoy the experience at all especially with all the waiting and the client ahead of me getting all the photographer’s time and energy ***another recommendation is to take the morning appointment so you are first and don’t have to deal with what I did***.
Would definitely not recommend this and feel I was promised an experience and photos I did not get.

I live in Laguna Beach and drove all the way out to Rancho Cucamonga for these pics. I am SO glad I did. Emily and Christina were great! They both made me feel comfortable before stripping down to barely nothing.
Emily is very professional. She shows you how to pose and wouldn’t have you do anything she wouldn’t do. She has an amazing eye for detail.
I absolutely love my pics and believe every single woman should get these done. It doesn’t matter what size you are as we are all never where we want to be.
Trust them and their process! I went out that night with my incredible makeup and people were asking who did my makeup!

They are absolutely amazing! It is a wonderful female ran company. They make you feel totally beautiful. They do your hair and makeup and even help pick out what to wear. They pose you in these most uncomfortable poses. Then Mistie takes these exceptional photos of you. You will totally love them and enjoy your experience.

My experience with the photographer and makeup artist was that they are extremely professional and nice.
I replied to an add on social media; hesitant at first, but went anyways. I am glad I did. I went 2 weeks ago, a week before I turned 35. The photos turned out stunning, better than expected.

If anyone is looking for a great place that makes you feel beautiful and confident, and does it all while making you laugh your a$$ off… this is your place!!! I was unsure if I really had what it was going to take to make this shoot even worthwhile but by the time we were going through my finished shots, there were so many good ones, I was bummed I had to let some go!!! Thank you ladies for an amazing day and I can’t wait to do it again!!!

Just wanted to say Thank you so much for an awesome photo shoot! I had so much fun and loved all the photos. It was so hard not to purchase all of them. My husband especially loved them, he is one happy man right now! I will be back soon and definitely tell all of the woman I know about this little gem close to home. Can’t wait to do another shoot, You gals are amazing!

The first time I went in I had an amazing experience… the second time was like being with old friends… and the third was like a reunion. Misty is AMAZING at what she does and Emily is just as great. My next visit will probably be for my pre-​wedding photos and I couldnt be more excited

What a wonderful great place! My first experience was so amazing! When I arrived I was such a nervous wreck. Im in the process of losing weight still not exactly at my idea weight, but lost quite a bit so I decided to do sonething bold. After talking with the ladies and having fun conversation and trying on many different outfits I started to relax, then after I started taking the photos with Mistie was so comfortable. She made me feel like a sexy beautiful woman. Just want to say AMAZING!!! They were so welcoming and made everything feel perfect.
Then I was able to see ALL my photos the best thing about that was she made then in both black and white I was able to choose if I wanted them in b&w or color or split… what a wonderful experience. My second visit even more amazing! Fun! Completely different scenery then my first set. I would go again in a heartbeat. I’m looking forward to my third session. Mistie and staff Thank you very much for making me feel extremely beautiful and comfortable. And by the way my Fiancé loves them! See you again soon!!!

This place is wonderful I loved having my pictures taken here it is very professional and my pictures came out so classy the staff makes you feel incredible and confident and the pictures come out just amazing

Wow!!! This place is the worst. Caddy and unprofessional. The picture in Vanity Fair, not even close to what the pictures taken look like.
At my consultation one of the selling points is you will get a 30 – 45 min consult if you pay more for Me (I guess the owner). You will also get a goody bag. So I pick the more expensive package with, I’m assuming the better photographer and my consult lasted 15 min and I had to ask about my goody bag.
I show up about 15 minutes early and want to go over some hair and makeup pics with the stylist, she’s not interested. Emily the other photographer has an attitude and is completely rude. Doesn’t make me feel comfortable or excited about the shoot.
Then the photographer comes in after my hair and makeup is done and the first thing she says to me is «don’t ever call my cell phone at 7:45 in the morning», wow really! The stylist does my makeup and I look like a clown. I am super photogenic and my pictures look like crap. The pictures my boyfriend took of me on his IPhone looked better then these. My daughter paid $ 100 to do boudoir pics and hers turned out better.
This place is terrible. I will never go back and not recommend to anyone. They are rude, and it seems, somewhat revengeful. My makeup looked terrible and no one wanted to listen to anything or take my feelings and thoughts into consideration. What a joke!

I had such an amazing day!
I was so nervous to do this and Emily took all of that away! I got there and she helped me unload my car of all of the nonsense I felt the need to bring and instead of making me feel silly for bringing it she thanked me! She was spot on with helping with my hair and make up and helping me pick out everything I was going to wear… I told her about my silly body issues and she told me not to worry… She was so patient with posing me and getting me exactly what I wanted!
By the end of a long session I sat down thinking oh no there’s no way I’m going to like any of these pictures of myself and boy was I wrong! I wanted them all!!! She made parts of me that I thought that I hated look amazing!
I had such a great time I went back and got to work with Mistie and she was amazing too! I had so much fun and she made me feel comfortable in my own skin!

Wow! I never thought in a million years I would be comfortable doing something like this, but Mistie and the rest of the ladies made me feel so incredibly comfortable. As soon as I got there, they made me feel like I was a friend and we talked about every day normal stuff. I got my make up done, which looked incredible. Definitely intense for every day make up and I had to wipe most of it off before I left the studio, but for the photos it looked amazing. Mistie knew how nervous I was but made me feel so confident and comfortable. She literally walked me through every single pose, as I had no clue what I was doing! She told me exactly where to put my hands, legs, body, you name it she found the perfect pose! She even told me how to look and explained what type of facial expression to give. It made the entire process so much easier! I was even totally worried about my problem areas on my stomach and thighs, but Mistie was like, «I promise you, you won’t see any of that in the photos» because the lighting is so amazing. I found a super cute vest in her wardrobe room and without planning to use any of her stuff prior to my appointment, I loved it so much I had to incorporate it into my photos. Mistie was totally happy and excited to throw some of those photos with the vest into the mix and those photos ended up being my favorite ones! It’s incredible that as I got changed, Mistie was downloading all of the photos on to her computer and because she has a no-​airbrush/​touch up policy she was able to produce all of the photos in about 45 minutes. She had over 200 photos for me to choose from, so one of her assistants took me in another room to go through each photo and narrow down which ones I loved and had to have. Incredibly, I was able to narrow it down to 22 and I purchased those. Although the price may seem a bit intense, after you see yourself you don’t care about the money. The photos speak volumes and make you want to buy ALL of them! I literally felt like some of the photos I took were GQ and Vogue worthy.
She has an incredible eye for design and model-​like looks and she will make you look amazing! I never thought I would look that amazing and she totally proved me wrong. I have a new found confidence in myself that I never thought I would have and it’s because Mistie made me feel like a celebrity/​model for the day. The process is a long one, I was there from 9am until 4pm and I was kind of rushing to get out of there towards the end because I had a doctor’s appt., but they did everything to get me out of there as quickly as they could, so don’t make any plans that day. Expect to be there for 6 – 7 hours if you have about 3 outfit changes.
All in all, check this place out! You won’t regret it. Just trust the process, trust what Mistie is telling you to do and you will leave there with AMAZING photos! Thanks to Mistie and her wonderful team, my husband is getting an amazing birthday present that I know he will love!

I had my pictures done and was very specific on what I wanted on my appt before I ever got there. Told them on the phone I wanted something pin up sexy classic yet clean. When I got there I was told I needed to wait as they where dealing with another client. Once it was my turn for hair and makeup I told them I wanted vintage pin up I ended up with 70’s porn star that looked fake when photographed. Yes my hair ended up looking like a wig. Then while doing my makeup the artist kept getting called out to touch up the other client before me (I never got a touch up during my shoot) At one point my husband arrived to bring me the credit card and the staff and customer freaked out because the side of the building where there address is happens to be the back side I guess they where afraid he was looking in the Windows as he was walking by (which he was not) they probably need better curtains if someone could see in. Once it came time to get dressed I was told I should wear one of their tops which was fine but I love my breast and told them I wanted the girls on display the pics ended up with me looking flat chested (I’m a DD) as the top did nothing to help my figure. Once photos where done my husband returned to help me pick the photos we liked best. Not only do they do no actually editing to smooth out rough areas but they leave every wall outlet in the pic as well all 8 of the pics I bought have wall outlets showing in them. you can not even decide if you want a pic in color or black in white it is how they decide it should be not what you want. Needless to say this was the first time ever doing this and for $ 600 I think someone could have at least edited out the electric sockets. If you really want pics done call a girlfriend she may give you the same quality and you won’t be rolling around on sheets someone else was just in or sitting on an unclean couch someone else was just laying naked on and you can already expect sockets to show.

Ladies… spend some $$ on yourself… and your man will LOVe it… the photographers made me feel comfortable with my fat-​ness and made me feel beautiful. The pictures were incredible and I can’t wait to go back. Hubby said it was the Best birthday gift ever.

Had my first boudoir photo session EVER yesterday at this lovely studio! From the moment I walked in they were very welcoming & friendly! They completely put me at ease & my hair & makeup was beautiful! I did bring my own outfits to wear but they have a HUGE selection of cute outfits to pick from! The actual photo session was a blast! I got my pictures to take home that same day on a flash drive & my photo book will be here in a few weeks! My hubby will be very pleased, the pics are stunning & tasteful! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to do fun & sexy pics!

LBD made my experience completely comfortable. Mirna, did a wonderful job with my makeup. Lynette, knew just the right wardrobe items to accent my curves and hide the areas I am not comfortable with. Mistie, made magic with her camera! she knew exactly how to hide some parts and highlight the areas that are still youthful. They had many options of sets to choose from.
They know how to do it right! I will be back for another round, this time with my husband.

I purchased the Groupon for $ 99 for 3 hr hair, makeup, and photo session with 1 photo. The makeup was so-​so (I couldn’t walk around public with it on), hair ok, some of the pictures were nice. I ended up purchasing the 8 picture package for $ 380 on a 30 day payment plan. I just couldn’t afford another $ 800 for their biggest package. They do put the pictures on a really nice thumb drive for you, which I liked a lot!
I would recommend them but come in having some idea of what feel you want for your shoot and be willing to spend lots of money for the pictures. Trust the process while you are there and be patient while you wait for makeup…
