The best service! They were kind enough to take me in although they were almost closing. The ladies there were so sweet showering me with compliments and so caring. They did an amazing job with mani and pedi.

Service is amazing, nail polish great quality, pedicure great, however they do not spealize in acrylic nails at all. They are really pricey so overall okay.

horrible work I went in for a polish change and paid $ 15 for disgusting nails. I got white polish since the other 2 I had chosen had horrible brushes and she could not seem to polish properly. She did three uneven and thick coats. She left particles on my nails and when I told her they looked disgusting she said no they’re beautiful.

Amy is awesome!!! If you are looking for a nail artist you must give her a try. She is very detail oriented and strives for perfection every time. Call ahead and make an appointment if you can.

I should’ve known getting a pedicure would be hard the day before a holiday weekend, but when all other shops were full or had extremely long waits, I came here. There was immediate miscommunication about how long the wait was, then when I was sat for my pedicure, I noticed that they don’t line the pedicure bowls with plastic like other shops do, which immediately made me feel as though this place is unsanitary. The woman who does my pedicure is extremely nice, but that was the biggest waste of a pedicure I received. I almost walked out without paying for it. She massaged my right leg for about 10 minutes without even touching my left leg. She didn’t do anything properly, or fully, it was like she wasn’t even trying. My cuticles weren’t cut properly nor my nails trimmed properly either. The only thing I was happy with was her removal of the calluses.
There was also miscommunication between the employees it was like they were running around and didn’t know who was next to be helped. They also talk to each other and completely stop working in the middle of their work. My lady was even talking on the phone briefly in the beginning.
Even though all of the people in the shop were very nice, the overall service provided here is horrible and I will never be returning. Waste of a $ 25 pedicure, oh and just a heads up, you have to ask for a menu because their prices are not posted anywhere.
That was outrageously expensive compared to my normal place which is better and cheaper. Extremely unhappy with this establishment and would not recommend it to anybody.

I have been getting acrylics since I was 16, when I moved to Rancho I struggled to find a salon that would do then they way I liked. Then Majestic nails opened & I have been coming here ever since and I love it here!
Amy & Annie always take great care & treat everyone with respect! The whole staff is very friendly & ask about my family. Annie does wonders with my eyebrows & fun designs on my toes. Amy always has to deal with me breaking my nails & fixes them with a smile. I will always bring my business here!

I went here completely optimistic and willing to give them a try. I saw them in a coupon magazine and decided to come in. My experience here was so disappointing and I am definitely never coming back here to get a gel manicure or pedicure. The 2 ladies that serviced me were so rude and rushed me immediately. I picked out a few different colors for my pedicure because I wasn’t sure which ones would look good on me. One of the ladies told me to hurry up and pick one already and told me «oh no that’s not going to look good on you.» I appreciate their opinions, but I want what I want. It was also a little weird to me that they don’t cut your ingrown toe nails here (when most places do) I just felt as though they were being lazy. They just told me that they «clean your toes up» and if I wanted to go somewhere else to get them cut I could. As far as my manicure, the lady that I dealt with made fun of my hands and nails, she was had a bad attitude, and was very impatient. When the gel manicure was almost finished, I told her that the color wasn’t as dark as I wanted it to be and she said «well it’s too late now, I can’t do anything.» I thought she was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Overall, I was not happy with my service here, and I wouldn’t recommend any one waste their time coming here.

Amy, she seems has no patient and she yell at me when she doesn’t understand me. I am scared and I just want to run out of the door… I will never return… She is scary. Poor customer service… Not worth a penny…

I had woken up on mother’s day deciding to get a mani/​pedi and knew my usual place would be swamped, so I decided to try this place because it was close and saw a mixture of reviews and wanted to try this place out. Called ahead to make sure they weren’t too busy, and upon arrival didn’t wait to long afterward.
I asked for a gel manicure (because I open boxes alot at work) and a regular pedicure.
The lady who did my my manicure was rough and seemed to be in a hurry. She trimmed my nails but didn’t file the edges, like most places do, she used a cuticle trimmer to take the sharp edges. It took 5 – 6 coats of GEL NAILPOLISH to get it to the color the nail polish was supposed to be. I’ve had gel nail polish in the past and it usually takes 2 – 3 coats, NOT 5 – 6. And looking at the finished manicure, I was not happy. There were spots on my manicure that were thin amd could see my nail. Never had thisb happened before and I’ve been getting manicures since I was 13, I’m 29 now.
The only saving grace was the woman who did pedicure. Nicest and lovliest lady.
They seem to prefer their regular customers and not walk in’s. Wouldn’t you treat your walk in’s with just as much respect as your regulars? That brings in new clients and more revenue.
Oh and literally a week later my gel manicure is coming off. I do mean coming off. Its peeling around the edges and already flaked off in a couple of spots. I would expect this from regular polish, not gel.
I won’t be coming back nor recommending this establishment.

I was coming in with the intention of buying a gift card but as soon as my mother and I walked in they immediately told us we were busy and brushed us off without asking us what we needed. It seemed like they were being racist. They were so rude. I won’t be trying them.

I am an absolutely happy customer ! I went in for a fill and pedicure .
I usually always have to tell nail shops to constantly fix something with my nails like my nails are too crooked or the polish is too clumpy but I didn’t have to tell them anything that needed to be fixed, also they actually try to engage in conversation with you and try to get to know you, instead of taking amongst one another … Tracy did my fill and Nicky did my pedicure I definitely think that I found my new favorite nail shop!

Read reviews and I’m glad I didn’t listen, I say they are the best. so happy with my nails & price is excellent. I needed a fill plus design. I am so loving my nails right now. They all are very friendly & really good at what they do. Most definitely coming here again. Atmosphere was great first time going into a nail salon & feel at ease.

This is my spot. Naomy is my gal! She takes her time with my pedicures and makes sure all ingrowns/​corners are out. I couldn’t go to anyone else. The rest of the girls are wonderful also. I’m always satisfied with my gel mani. Highly recommend!

Very good work, but also very pricy. A full set with gel is close to $ 40! Good customer service but that may also be because they only have a few clients…

Service is always great here. Love that they use a fresh pack of tools. Quality of work is always dependable here. The ladies were very patient with me as I took awhile a choose my color. Water temp on the spa chair was perfect. Some places just can’t get that right. I got a gel manicure, regular pedicure, eyebrow, upper lip, and underarm wax — $ 83. Not bad I think. Especially for the quality. The ladies here are genuinely nice. I highly recommend this place for a very relaxing spa time. I came in the morning and was the only one. It’s the best time to go. This place is next to the Flame Broiler on Foothill.

Worst manicure I have ever received. My nails are jagged now and I have gelish encrusted in my cuticles. I can’t believe I just paid $ 40 for this:(So disappointed.

Love this place-​probably the best place in my area. They do a quality job and price is very reasonable. I was in a hurry one day and when I was leaving from a mani/​pedi I noticed my polish didn’t look great and had those air bubbles on them (ladies, you know what I’m talking about)
I showed an employee and she invited me to come back when I had time to have them re-​done. I did and they fixed no problem. Highly recommended :)

I had a great experience here! They were friendly and courteous and copy the design i brought a pic of to perfection. I will be back!
