BEWARE! This place is so RUDE. They don’t know how to do the business. When we ask about something, they will change to the other topic. Plus, they even YELL to my girlfriend. Nobody was professional at all. Just be safe guys! Drive to other places. Don’t even go there. I wish this place will close soon.

their people are not licensed. they told me one thing and then tried to stick me with something
else. when i asked them about it, they told me i didnt qualify for the other program.
so i called someone else, and i closed my loan in about 41 days with the other company
and i got the same loan that these shmucks told me i didnt qualify for.
they also tried to charge me 1995.00 for processing fee!!! they told me this is their
standard fee. the company i went with only charged me 695.00 for processing !!
like i said, «RUN»

I used Ml mortgage to purchase my first home a couple of years ago. I always thought that getting a mortgage would be the hardest thing I’ve had to do and owning a home was just a dream until I met with Kamran. He made the process so easy and held my hand throughout the whole process that I was shocked when I was able to purchase my home. I sold that house and moved to another home closers to my job, again, I used Kamran. Deal was done as expected, fast and easy. I am grateful to have been introduced to ML mortgage by my brother.

Bought our house in March 2015, VA loan and both Jamal and Zain were very helpful and I felt as though they actually cared and wanted my business from the get go. Met with a few other mortgage brokers and was treated as if I wasn’t important. These guys work hard and are available pretty much ²⁴⁄₇ when going through the process. Thanks for all your help would recommend both these guys to anyone.

I’m a Real Estate Broker that’s had professional dealings with ML Mortgage since 2010. They’re a solid bunch of guys you can count on. At the end of the day, nobody gets paid unless the loans get closed, and they close loans. Many times I’ve caught them on the phone after hours and on weekends, still working on files. I can recommend ML Mtg to anybody who appreciates the hard work ethic.

We bought our first house through ML Mortgage. Was very pleased with the service and our loan went very smooth.

This was THE WORST experience of MY ADULT LIFE!!!
These people are the sloppiest that I have ever worked with. As a home purchaser and a business professional, I offer additional strikes (beyond poor business acumen) to their record.
1 — There was NEVER a straight or solid answer on anything.
2 — I was out money becasue they COULD NOT close my deal.
3 –They dont know their underwriters very well, beacuse there was ALWAYS SOMETHING else that they needed and it was always a surprise and unexpected item… WEEKLY!
4 — Customer service does not exist
5 — We were told our «deal is done» once a week by the same agent and there was always something new around the corner.
6 — Our money was never recouped…
I emplore you — DO NOT USE ML MORTAGE. If your agent suggests them, RUN!

Spent 2 months trying to REFI and $ 385.00 on a appraisal. Got kicked to the curb! Save your self from being screwed, don’t use them!!!

I am sorry you feel that way. I am not sure if you realize that by closing your loan we make money too. If we don’t close you’re loan we pay the money out of our pocket. $ 20 for credit report and 30 for DU (Fannie Mae underwriting system) and investor pull through rating. We make NO money doing appraisal. I am sure you noticed that we are not the company charging you for the appraisal. Compare to you we lose less money but we still lose money. I hope you under stand that. We can’t stay in business if want to cheat people with low ball appraisal. As a repeat client we made you a great offer, but appraisal have also shocked us. As I have sent you copies of my dispute. you should be calling and getting mad at the appraisal and asking him to reconsider. I am a licensed loan officer not the licenced appraisal. Lender will only consider the value provided by licensed appraisal and accept the report done by appraisal and certified by appraisal management Company. We are
the bad guy here. We lose same as you do. We don’t get paid to turn the loan down. I hope you understand. Again I am sorry for your loss but I am not the party at fault. we have lost a good client because of an appraisal.

Give me a break, your pissed because you guys lost 50 bucks? I got screwed out of $ 385.00 You guys make great money off of doing loans.
How is it other company’s can do loans without appraisal fees? Like Green light!
You know and I know that the appraisal was low balled it was your loan company that picked the appraiser. I refinanced 15 months ago and the appraisal came in at 480K your appraisal company «Streetlinks» came in a 360K, I live in Torrance, CA and it’s a steady market. How do I lose 80K home value in 15 months in a steady market?
I have complained to the Giant corporate «Streetlinks» and have gotten no where!!!
What ever it costs you guys should of had another appraisal completed by another appraisal company to keep the customer/​me happy!!! Your motto is «we do what others can’t» that’s a bunch of crap!!!
