All I can say is I live in Hacienda Heights over 30 Miles away, there are over 400 mechanics that are closer to me Than Albert, and for the last couple years only one Mechanic has touched my cars. And the average Tow Truck bill is over 200. That Alone should speak volumes about his skill, fair pricing and professionalism. Keep up the good work Albert, I am actually this minute booking a tow truck truck to bring you my 01 Turbo Beetle, she needs a water Pump. I’ve been really rough on her.

Over the years I have been able to have the opportunity of getting to know Bert, the owner, quite personally. He is an amazing person, straight shooter, but most importantly… his service is top notch! Not only is he an amazing mechanic, but his customer service for an auto shop is second to none. If you call in with questions or need to set an appointment, he will take the time out to help you — even if you aren’t completely committed to having him do the work.
I have referred many people to him and I am proud to say that every single referral has given raving reviews as well. Another thing that I love about this shop, is that if they are too busy on other current jobs they will help you figure out the issue, and let you know realistic lead times. Many shops won’t do that in fear of losing a job, so that is a huge plus. The shop is located in a nice area in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga, and it has two hoists to work on multiple vehicles. The waiting room is quite nice with two leather reclining chairs and also a Keurig coffee machine for guests… now that’s taking the client experience to a whole other level. A Keurig machine at an auto shop?! Are you kidding me?! — lol.
I recommend any of you to give Bert a call, as you will be more than pleased with his service.
TIP: Scheduling for early mornings has helped me get in and out on certain jobs rather quickly
