Established in 2005.

I love kids (We have 4 of them) and we decided to open up a business where our kids could be a part of our business and one that was fun! We love celebrating birthdays in our house. It’s a bit stressful at times balancing work and family, but wouldn’t trade it for anything!

We just had our sons 3rd birthday party here and the staff was so friendly and professional! They took the time and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with everything, the attendants I had for the jumping part of the party were so helpful and brought my guests water and made sure everyone was comfortable. They took lots of cute pictures for me and let my kids have fun. The attendants I had in the party room were amazing, the girl set up the room for me so cute and made sure everything was done for me she was so sweet and anything I asked her she was glad to do, they cleaned everything for me and made sure this was a real stress free party for me that I didn’t have to do anything but show up and enjoy my son and his party! I had an amazing time and would recommend having your party here! Thank you Pump It Up and your team members for making our party and awesome one!

We had a party her on Sunday 1⁄31 and it was an amazing experience. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was how you wanted, But didn’t make you worry about doing it. They interacted with the kids and even took pictures throughout the party so I didn’t have to even worry about that. I would most definitely have another party here in the future and I highly reccomend it. I also recommend adding The GLOW experience, definitely worth it!

Had my sons birthday last night at pump it up, it was a complete rip off. You pay for the ultimate glow package that is $ 441.51 for 15 kids. When you get there they put you in a non glow room for the majority of the time, then for 20 mins your kids play in the room that you pay so much more for. There staff is very unorganized and there food to add on to your package is extremely expensive. Also, when you finally move into the ultimate glow room to have what they say the «ultimate experience» they only give you «5» glow in the dark necklace’s for the kids when we paid for «15» kids. Save yourself the money and book somewhere else, when I paid for the ultimate package they had no problem taking my money but never once told me the kids would be jumping in a non glow room the majority of the time. I was very upset when I got there and started us in a normal room, when I asked why they were very nonchalant about it by saying oh will move you into that room last. Save your money!

This was place was not that fun at All. My family felt very RUSHED. We didn’t even get to enjoy the time we paid for. my wife even lost my $ 200 beanie. I’m not going to take my kids or recommend this place

Had my twins 5th birthday here. Everything was going well until time for the party room. The party coordinator was horrible… She stood by the door and watched while my best friend and I tended to all the kids while they ate and drank. She did not help at all. Twenty minutes into eating, she finally moved from guarding the doorway, and and picked up the cake for the kids to sing happy birthday. It took her another 20 minutes to cut the cake, I was totally embarrassed at how slow she was. She still was not finished cutting the cake when she told me that we had only 5 minutes left to stay in the room. So unacceptable. I called and complained to Olivia the manager and let her know how horrible our «party coordinator» was. I have had had my kids party at the Pump It Up in Murietta and we had such better help and service. Avoid this place at all cost. Never again will we come here.

We had a blast! Our host was Gabby and she was good with the kids, very attentive and professional. The games and bouncers were clean. Arena A was a little warm, but the kids were so excited about the glow party in Arena B. The food was good. Overall, a really great option for birthday parties :)

Heard about this place through Groupon & glad I did! Brought my nephew here & he had a blast jumping, sliding & playing w/​the toys they had there. They even let me jump w/​him, we had a blast! Tired him out! Nap time came shortly after! Good times! We’ll definitely make another day out of it!

Planned my daughters 4th party. Book at least a month in advance to get the exact time and day u want. Have your guest show 15 – 20 min ahead of schedule.
The host/​attendant was nice I like that it’s private and that they do the work.
They made sure to keep me involved and let me know what was gonna happen next and if there was Anything I needed or wanted. The rooms were redone I loved it the kids loved it. Party room was bright and colorful. Bring juice boxes for the kids and maybe water.
It was all around a good time. When they presented the bill they give you and option to purchase the pictures they took for $ 20 and also leave optional gratuity.
This place to me seemed a little pricy at the end of everything but everything in Rancho was about the same price. They give you the option to upgrade or down grade the day before your party also. However consider the cost of food before you do. The difference is about $ 40 but each pizza is $ 17, 2 liters are $ 4

Fun place for the kids, even adults can jump which I did ! Our party got to be in two different Arenas. After 30mins in the 1st arena they will rotate you to the next one. Then after the last arena it’s time to sit down and eat (Pizza).they take you in a room where the party it set up. The host and servers were great with the customer service, food and clean up. I love that they take pictures of your party and when it’s time to sit down and eat they play the slide show of the pictures on the big screen. They look so cute! They really are good at capturing the moments of the kids having fun!

My grandson Isaiah spent his two year old birthday party here! We had kids all they way up to 13 years old! This place was the best! My grandson enjoyed every second of his party! Even grandma went down one of the inflatable slides! All the adults joined in and had a great time!

Had my sons birthday party here on Friday! It was ok. Felt a little rushed even though we were the last and only party for the night! I had my sons party at pump it up before but the chino one and I felt like they took their time LAST TIME! this time the attendants were not so attentive! And I had 2 attendants at the one in chino I only had one and he was awesome there.

Been here once and price was reasonable. Jumpers were ok. I love how some days in the am they have «toddlers day» only toddlers from a certain age range can be the jumper and adults can join them. Open jump is all ages but no adults; in a sense it’s inconvenient because my 2yr old wants me to join him.

Had my daughters first birthday party here on 2÷15÷15. Kids had tons of fun and so did the adults. The staff was very friendly and loved that they stayed with us the whole time and entertained the kids by playing games and taking pictures.
The party room has an ipod hook up so you can play your own music for your guest.
Loved that the kids had lots of fun and enjoyed themselves.

I purchased a 3 visit livingsocial deal for $ 10. The deal was for Tues and Wednes 10am-​1pm & 3pm-​6pm. Says on the card «Playtime is for kids 10 & under only. I have been taking my kids and
get-​togethers for over 5 years. I have 14 month old who I now rake during school hours. I used the first visit 2 months ago. Tried to take my daughter today and they said I was not allowed to enter play structures. It was for kids only. I said I can’t let her in alone because she is ONLY 14 months old. Only playtime where adults can help kids is on Mondays and Thursdays. But they will not honor my 3 visit deal on those days. Or provide me a refund for the useless deal I purchased. They changed their policy after I bought deal and after I used first visit. Very disappointed. I will never go back because of this or promote them with any moms groups.

My little cousin had a party here today. Her and her friends had the best time of their lives. Even her brother and his friends had a great time.
There are obstacle courses, slides, huge bouncy areas, etc.
You know what else is cool about this place? It’s a freaking workout for everyone at any age. You get to play long enough to work up an appetite.
The staff is super friendly and have a staff member who supervises the play areas and they take pictures of all the kids having a great time. They then put all the pics into a slideshow for the eating area. It’s a pretty fun place.
