Specialties

We create dancers in a fun & friendly environment. Both absolute beginners with two left feet are welcomed as are seasoned dancers looking for a friendly place for dancing. If you are single or divorced, this is a great way to pick up some skills to meet new people. Couples love learning to dance because it tends to add a spark to their relationship. You are never too old to get started, adults of all ages welcomed.

Not just a place for lessons, we take our moves on the town with regular group outings in addition to dances at the studio (check our website).

Located in Rancho Cucamonga, we provide easy access for patrons in the Alta Loma, Fontana, Ontario, Montclair, Claremont, Upland and San Bernardino areas.

Group dance classes offered include Salsa, Bachata, Chachacha, Merengue, Cumbia, Ballroom & Swing.

Private lessons are available for any dance offered at the studio, as well as Wedding Choreography for your special First Dance. Call for rentals or on-​site teaching.

History

Established in 2008.

I have been a dance teacher for over 20 years. I’ve always loved to dance and to teach. In 2008, while teaching for the City of Ontario Recreation Department, and while searching for an alternative to renting studio space for teaching private lessons, this location found me. Originally the studio was going to be a rental studio for local teachers to set up and run their own group classes while I was teaching private lessons, but life intervened and luckily I was laid-​off from my daytime job. Since then, in August 2009, I have run the studio full-​time with a wide variety of class offerings for adults in the Rancho/​IE area.

Classes are offered most every night of the week. The schedule is constantly evolving to provide those interested with a fun & friendly place to learn a new skill that will serve you for a lifetime.

I am grateful for this opportunity to touch others with the gift of dance.

I’ve been drawn to dance all my life. I started with dance classes as a child. I moved on to old school hip hop in the 80s and 90s. Then country western dance in the 90s. I studied at Arthur Murray dance studios for 3 years to become a teacher. I’ve continued to teach in every city and state where I live.

Since moving to California in 2000 I’ve learned the LA style salsa, have performed at various events including the LA Salsa congresses in 2003 and 2009, plus have won a number of 1st & 2nd place trophies for Advanced/​Invitational level Jack & Jill competitions.

I’m happy to continue spreading the love of dance to others by providing lessons in a variety of dances at my studio — RhythmAddict Dance Studio.

My husband and I took a 10-​week private dance lesson course with Esther to learn a foxtrot to «The Way You Look Tonight» by Frank Sinatra for our first dance and it was fantastic! We had so much fun and Esther was a great instructor that made us feel comfortable.
What we appreciated about her most is that she actually TEACHES you how to dance. We’ve gone to so many weddings where there was an overly choreographed first dance where the bride and groom looked so concentrated on each and every step in their routine vs. flowing through a dance and having fun. We were able to dance to other foxtrots because we actually knew the footwork vs. only knowing how to dance to one specific song.
We both truly enjoyed our first dance and felt very comfortable, smiling and singing to each other throughout as we floated across the dance floor. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Esther for anyone looking for private dance instruction.

After attending another dance studio for about a month and a half I felt like I wasn’t getting what I was looking for and it felt they were all about the money. I felt instruction was not teaching me enough to advance my skills the way I wanted to especially for the price I was paying. After searching around I called Esther at RA and decided to attend a group bachata class.
After experiencing her instruction technique and how she makes it fun and comfortable for everyone I decided I found the place for me!

LGBT Friendly and Welcoming dance studio! My fiancé and I researched many dance studios and we are lucky to have found a funny, knowledgeable, LGBT welcoming dance teacher, Esther. Needless to say we are a part of the LGBT community. We are in the middle of learning our first wedding dance and we are loving every minute of our lessons. I love this studio!!! Esther and Anna are great teachers. Not only are they patient, thorough and knowledgable, they have a great sense of humor and positive energy that makes the learning experience less stressful especially when you are new or transitioning to the next level of salsa dancing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming here, it’s a great environment for learning. I was hesitant to show up because I was showing up alone but now I wish I would have started sooner. I found this dance studio on Unilocal as i was trying to find one close to work. After meeting the owner/​instructor Esther, im so happy that i found the right place to begin with! Esther is very thorough with her lessons, super friendly, warm, and a amazing dancer. she will work with the student to determine which will be the best option for purchasing class packages. My fiancé and i were looking to take dance lessons for our first dance. We came in with some song ideas and she was honest and straightforward and told us the type of dance steps those songs would be. We didnt feel comfortable with those dance steps and had no backup songs. She took the time listen to us to see what kind of dance routine we were looking for, fast versus slow etc. Then showed us music she had that would go with what we were looking for. We found a song! After our first class we thought theres no way we gonna get it right in 4 sessions! Somehow she made us dance and it worked! Esther was amazing and a great teacher! Cant wait for our day to show off what we learned :)

Are you one of those people that watch Dancing with the Stars on TV year after year, while pondering whether to ever learn how to dance? Did you watch your college’s Salsa Club perform only to think to yourself, «that’s way too hard for me».? Have you made the decision to learn dancing, only to be turned off by arrogant instructors or confusing pricing structures? I have definitely experienced all of these roadblocks.
Then one day, I decided to try once again, and locate a dance studio near my work and found Rhythm Addicts. Their website is easy to use, updated, and informative. I took the plunge. I’ve been a satisfied student for several months now.
The studio itself is located in a commercial building by the Farmer Boys on Haven Ave, near the Rancho/​Ontario border.
Head Instructor and Owner Esther structures classes on one hour blocks. Classes are divided by style and skill level. Prices are very reasonable. If you’re looking to learn Salsa, Bachata, Swing, Tango, ChaChaCha, Line Dancing, or even Waltz, this is the place.

Esther places an enormous emphasis on building a strong foundation, so you have good base of knowledge as you advance. While this can be frustrating the first couple of classes, it definitely pays off in the long run. She creates a welcoming environment in her classes by mixing dance instruction with humor. Fellow students are encouraging and helpful. Most importantly, Esther genuinely cares about her students learning the material.
Overall, Rhythm Addicts is a GREAT place to learn how to dance. It has opened up a new world for me and I owe it all to the dance studio. If you’re on the Fence about possibly taking up dancing, I highly encourage you to consider taking a class at the studio to check things out.

My friend and I have been searching for a place to take pole dancing lessons. Another friend of ours couldn’t stop talking about pole dancing so we decided to give it a try. THis place is close enough to try without any commitment. It was a sunday night class — pole dance for fitness (1). There were 6 poles in the studio and five students in the class.
If you are new to pole dancing consider the following:
1. How’s your fitness level? My friend and I have been physically active for awhile. We regularly walk, run, lift… and we have recently discovered Crossfit which has made me (personally) stronger than ever before. Having said this, this session was not physically challenging at all; nor was it a ‘workout.’ The instructor does 15 minutes of yoga/​pilates to warm up. And that was good — to stretch muscles and get us prepared for the actual spinning, twirling, and ‘walking’ sexy.
2. How good are you at following instructions and applying simple movements? I am pretty quick at intellecutalizing and cognitively understanding the movements. However, applying them took awhile — and my body had to learn the movements and my body had to get familiar with the way my body felt around the pole.
3. How comfortable are you with your body? All these moves are SENSUAL. And because of the nature of pole dancing, one has to be pretty comfortable with moving the body a certain way. It does not take much coordination to figure things out, but being in tune with certain muscle groups and joints helps tremendously.
The studio was very dim with music; the instructor was pretty chill (devine, i believe was her name) and very helpful in going around and fixing us/​movements.
It was $ 25 for 50 minutes without further commitment. I might try it for awhile to see how much more ‘comfortable” i become with my body.

I came across RADS when I was looking for swing dance lessons.
They have a variety of classes: Salsa, Ballroom, Tango, Swing, and Yoga, and my fave — Pole Fitness!
So since I was taking pole fitness classes at other places, I decided to try one here. I got there and there were couples coming out from the room, like 5 of them and it was fun to see that couples really do these kinds of things together and enjoy them.
The room is surprisingly large, the décor is intimate and there’s mirrors all around so you can see what you’re doing.
Esther is a sweet person, she didn’t teach the pole fitness class but she has such a great relationship with the workers she makes you feel so at home.

My wife and I took some of lessons here for our First Dance at our wedding.
We only had a month before the wedding but Esther made it happen by putting together a nice schedule and goals for where she wanted us to be week to week (lesson to lesson).
Esther was very accommodating with our work schedules which made it easier on us.
Our goal was not to do a «Prom» dance and she showed us just enough moves to make us look like we knew what we were doing. which is great considering I have no sense of rhythm.
