Just got new tires put on my car yesterday and realized they never got an allignment done because my front tires already are showing wear and tear. I also noticed my bumper and hood are not lined up and my bumper is an am (after market bumper), not an OEM (originally equipped manufacturer). The front bumper does not match my back bumper and my headlight is also an am. They tried to tell me tgat the alliignment is not their fault due to the fact that is was messed up before it came into the shop. My car was not even driveable after the accident. Of course the allignment is going to be messed uo due to the accident. Duh! I hope they fix so I don’t have to sue.

I had an accident on the 10 fwy in Fontana and it was a small fender bender. My insurance company essentially «suggested» I use this company for the work as they «did a great job» Well, when they first drove the car out to me, the hood was unaligned, the fenders were unaligned to the bumper and hood, and the newly painted front bumper had some sort of imprint on it as it was hit while the paint was still wet. they fixed it for me while I waited for 30 minutes longer, and I drove off. A couple days later, I was thoroughly looking at the car and noticed that there were burn marks on my hood from a buffer and drips of dried paint on one of the fenders. I took it back and Lou was really nice and said he would take care of everything, as the painter said to me «I didn’t do this»… 2 days later it was done and I picked it up on a very cloudy day where other blemishes or screw up cannot be noticed without the sun.
Needless to say, when the sun came out and I got a hand car wash, I then noticed more burned paint on my other fender and the door on the opposite of the car had overspray and swirls of some kind!
Again I took it back, and Lou was very helpful and understanding and didn’t put up a fight to fix, so I couldn’t be rude.
Lou is the only reason I’m not giving this company a 1, if it wasn’t for him, it would be a 1!
You guys need to hire people who know what they are doing and that pay attention to detail, as on a dark car all these things make your car look crappy… when your car is in a wreck its only right to expect the car back in a similar condition, not in a worst condition.

I was involved in a fender bender that led me to have my car repaired here. I was given a «recommendation» from the insurance person working my claim to use this place, so I did. The situation unfolded rather quickly, the insurance guy came to my house to inspect the damage and write his report. He recommended this shop and said they were local and could have a tow truck at my place to pick up my car within the hour and get started asap. This all seemed very convenient so I went along.
The car was picked up promptly and towed to the shop. In my haste to get my golf clubs and other valuable items out of the trunk, I forgot to remove some gift cards out the center console of my vehicle. I only remembered they were there days after the pickup. I had purchased $ 200 (4 $ 50 cards) worth of gift cards to Flemings Steakhouse from Costco only weeks before my accident.
Upon picking up my vehicle, i inspected the damaged areas and the work looked fine. However, my second inspection was immediately of the center console where I had left those cards. I found two of the cards missing ($ 100 worth) and the cardboard they were attached to still in the console. I immediately and discreetly, so no other customers would hear, brought this to the attention of the office staff. The gal at the front desk didn’t have much to say, but the «lady» in the adjacent office immediately began to berate me for leaving anything of value in the car. I explained to her that I shoulder some responsibility for doing so, but that does not give them the right to steal from me because I made an error. I also explained that I realize they weren’t going to do anything about it as it is essentially my word versus theirs, but I wanted them to know that they have a THIEF working for them and that they should know. Fyi, this is the middle aged gal with blonde curlyish hair.
I then explained to her that based on her unacceptable response in both tone and verbiage, that my only recourse is to write reviews about my experience with this shop.
Side note: I also got a check engine light on my vehicle that wasn’t there previous to having the car picked up. It may be completely unrelated as I wouldn’t expect a body shop to have done anything mechanical to my car. I will check into this further. But, I did have my car smogged on 11÷13÷14 and my accident was on 11÷20÷14. I did drive my car 80 miles on 11÷21÷14 for the last time previous to today, all without a check engine light. Edit :2 days after pickup, check engine light went away, hasn’t come back.
I will update my findings as they happen, as I have reported all of this to my insurance representative and of course need to investigate the check engine light further.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!

While it is unfortunate for your company to be labeled thieves, it is more unfortunate to be stolen from. I attempted to remedy the situation in the office and discreetly and quietly so no one had to hear or see. However, your staff did a poor job at that. And yes, my family was in my car during those weeks in question. I suppose I should accuse my 6 yr old or maybe my mom!
As far the repair being convenient. Being stolen from is never convenient. Quick, won’t argue with that… As for the quality of the repair, that remains to be seen.
Again I will let you know, you have a thief working for you. You have a right to know, as does the paying public. And if your response is, maybe your family stole the cards, you sir are in denial! Best of luck to you and hopefully none of your other customers make the same mistake I did, allowing my car to be worked on by your shop!!!

I have used their services twice now and find them to be very friendly and helpful. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take and called me with updates. My car looked great too.

My family has been going to Sharp Image for years. I have never had a bad experience there. They do great work, their prices are fair and they are totally trust worthy.

I hate to give bad reviews on places but I can’t help it with this place. I tried giving them a shot… I really did. Even AFTER reading the reviews here, I was forced to go here for an INFINITY INS estimate (the other parties insurance)…My appointment was at 11am… apparently, the appointments were triple booked (not sure who to blame there). I waited around til about 1145 until a lady saw me. She told me and the guy ahead of me that since she had to leave at noon, that she would not be doing the estimate right away, that she would only do notes/​photos and do a write up later. So— what was the point of my appointment again? Whatever. I overheard them talking about them getting 13 cars in the previous day– could be a good thing BUT that also means it would take EXTRA long to work on MY car, so not a good thing. So I checked out some of the work outside— wasn’t really impressed. The customer service, like everyone else stated here, was horrible. My lady was a curly-​haired brunette– kinda frizzy and in a pony tail— maybe in her mid to late 40’s? I would’ve gotten a name had she introduced herself (again, great customer service). Now– the ladies in the office, however, were okay… not outstanding… just ‘eh’. I wont be getting my car serviced here– sorry INFINITY! I immediately took my car over to Magic Auto in Norco– and it was a COMPLETE 180… didn’t need an appt, walked right in, helped me in 15 minutes and out the door. The girls were SO nice there too. THATS who will be getting MY business.

Terrible customer service. Barely got out of my car and instead of walking up to me, a worker yelled «hey». Went inside to check in and was told to wait while the workers in the reception area talked about bars with a friend that was visiting them. Patricia finally came in to work on the estimate and looked like she wanted tone somewhere else. She didn’t shake my hand and just said she need to take pictures. I’m not quite sure why pictures of my car’s interior were needed or why my mileage was needed since the damage was done to my rear bumper. She said, «just doing my joooob» under her breath. I get that she was, I just asked her if it was necessary. I could hear her mumbling while she was taking pictures. I don’t appreciate poor service after having to take time out of my day to drive 20 miles for something that wasn’t my fault

Worst customer service received. Granted we came 20minutes late, but we are paying customer we didn’t have any problem being seen by another agent who was willing to stay over to view the damages on our vehicle. The lady who was supposed to meet us for our appointment didn’t even acknowledge us. I over heard her assistant mention to her «your 4PM just arrived and they’re waiting in the waiting room» all she said back was «ughh…just take pictures of the vehicle for me, I’m going home» She then passed by me and my mother and walks away. I mean honestly I got so disgusted by her poor hospitality service. I’m not asking for a red carpet welcome but a simple «hi and sorry your appointment was 20 minutes ago and now I have to go home, but don’t worry John here will take care of you and we’ll be in touch soon» IS THAT TOO FUCKING HARD TO DO? I will not recommend this place. HORRIBLE. oh and the older white lady at the front desk was cursing left to right like a damn PIRATE! WOW. SUPER TRASHY!!! If this is how they handle their paying customers, I have no problem driving 30Miles more down towards LA! thanks but no thanks!
