We are very late in adding this Unilocal review, but our tardiness in no way takes away from our enthusiasm for the Simple Real Estate Group! We highly recommend Jessica, Alex and the Simple Real Estate Group. They raised the bar for what prompt and professionalism means in the real estate industry. We purchased a home through Jessica and her team early this year. They recommended a contractor for renovations and attentively assisted us through the renovation phase AFTER our closing. That kind of service is definitely above and beyond any industry standard or job description for a realtor! Jessica’s vast knowledge of the processes and real estate market makes purchasing a home ‘Simple’ (as in Simple Real Estate Group), which was very reassuring for us as buyers. Do yourself a favor, if you are buying or selling, get Jessica and Alex on your side if you even think you might be in the real estate marketplace.

I had to sell my home and had used a different realtor who just sat on the listing and kept wanting me to lower the price. By divine intervention I met Jessica and Alex at an open house in my neighborhood. Not only did I not have to lower my the price but they were able to find a buyer within 2 weeks (something the previous realtor could not do in 6 months).
Then when it was time to buy, they were able to hook me up with a great lender and I was able to close just in time. They were truly a Godsend.
