I came here because I had a spafinder gift card. My gift card amount was 100 $ so they gave me a simply spoiled gift card for the remaining balance after my 1st massage. I figured this was ok since it was a decent massage and they had a «happy hour» menu. Well, I tried calling them last week when I had an out of town guest who loves massages. No one picked up the phone at 4 pm on a thursday(that’s odd! clue #1) I left a message since I know there is only one receptionist who is also the masseur.(super small business) I expected a call back within the hour. Fast forward 4 days later, no call back. My guest leaves without our spa day. I assume it was just a mistake so I call back. Now the voicemail is full and won’t accept new messages. This sucks I have no idea what to do. I’m out time and money. I wasn’t even that impressed with my first massage. I only liked the place because it was such a good deal. However, I’m paying for my frugality now! Edit: I just noticed how the spa only responds to positive 4+ star reviews and simply ignores the bad reviews! Simply Spoiled Spa = Simply A Bad Idea

Best experience ever! Ellie and Taylor where the most professional girls I’ve come across in a very long time they had me so relaxed I did not want to leave. I went in not knowing what to expect they had me at ease within minutes. The décor was beautiful and relaxing, I can’t wait to go back again.

My husband and I just received their couples massage earlier today and… OHMYGOSH! It felt really good :) The experience was really nice plus I love the convenience of not having to drive to OC or LA to get a good massage

I had a spa-finder gift card and found that Simply Spoiled was one of the only local salons that accepted it, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment for a one hour massage. When I showed up for my appointment the receptionist told me that the massage therapist had to leave and could only give me a 40 minute massage. I was a little annoyed but I still wanted my massage, so i agreed to 40 mins. Once I had agreed, the receptionist and the therapist had a dispute right in front of my face about whether or not the therapist could do a 60 min massage. FINALLY, she decided she would stay longer to give me a 60 min massage– which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her — not cool. Once we had all setlled on 60 mins, the thereapist showed me to the back without having me fill out any sort of information sheet about my history with massages or even my personal info.(and this was my first time there). My initial impression of this salon and it’s employees was UNPROFESSIONAL; However, the massage was actually very relaxing and i enjoyed myself very much. I cannot remember the thereapists name but I would only go back to Simply Spoiled if she was giving the massage. Overall, this place was OK.

Worst experience ever!!! First of all I I had a 2:00 appointment and was not seen until 2:45! Then I had a guy named Lucky give me the worst massage of my life! I kept telling him less pressure and he never listened, also he talked to me the whole time!!! I just wanted to relax!!! Plus I think they should ask you when you book an appointment if you would prefer a male or female! I won’t ever go back!

I tried the 6 month plan. With that I get a 1 hour massage or facial each month along with a discount on waxing for $ 65 a month. It has worked out well especially since I can have my hubby use mine for an additional $ 10. We got a couple massage for our anniversary and they even put a congrads banner in the room. The massage was good — not the best but good that we both left feeling relaxed. Facials — are amazing! Waxing — my 1st time was not very good. I was burnt really bad(i have been getting waxed for a long time and this was the 1st time this happened). I called/emailed the owner and she refunded my money and had me come in for an amazing hydrating facial that helped so much. The owner also let the person go for inexperience. The owner helped out amazingly and I continue to use their services.

Small, nothing fancy, but warm and intimate. Very soothing vibe as you step in. I had an hour Swedish with Sonya and she was AMAZING! I had just been off bed rest for 3 months so my entire body was sore. Especially my legs. She knew exactly where to focus and spent a decent time on both my legs and back. I felt amazing when I was done. If they put a little more money into cosmetics and décor of the building then I would feel like I was at a fancy spa. But it is always a treat when the therapist hands you a bottle of water right when you come out of your massage. :) I will definitely be going back!

NOT a fancy spa. It is small, looks like a doctor’s office, the walls are paper-thin, the décor is not relaxing, and the therapist was TERRIBLE. I had, by far, the worst massage I have ever had at this place. I booked a one-hour hot stone massage. When I got there, I was never asked if I had any medical conditions or any special areas of concerns or even if I had any areas I wanted worked on — I was just taken to a room and told that she would«be right back.» Was I supposed to get on the table? Was she my therapist? Should I lay face up or face down? So, I undress and lay face up on the table and she comes in and tells me that I should be face down(how was I supposed to know?). So, I flip over and she begins what felt very much like someone who had no professional training whatsoever was rubbing aimlessly around my back. I tried to give it the whole thing a chance to improve, but the noise from the dry cleaners next door was distractingly loud and she was trying to cover it up by turning the massage music up full blast. Then it became clear that she was suffering from a head cold — all I could think about was that I was being infected by her virus… Maybe the music was on so loud so that I wouldn’t hear her sniffling and mouth-breathing? But the worst part was truly the massage itself. The first stone she put on me burnt me so badly that I flinched in pain. The next rock was so cold that it didn’t feel like anything. The next rock burned me again. At this point, I was so unhappy at the prospect of paying $ 95(for an hour!!!) to be burnt by rocks and catch a cold that I asked her to stop. I told her my concerns and she still had the gall to charge me for the 30 minutes that I was there. DONOTGOTHERE. ITIS A TERRIBLEPLACE.

My husband and I have received couples massage here twice. Both times we were very satisfied with the services that we received as well as the ambiance in which we received them. They only lost a star due to their credit card machine being down so we ended up having to pay all in cash which is a bit inconvenient.

This place was ok. I had a 2:00 o clock appt and they didnt see me until 2:25 I guess they were behind schedule. Then the girl would not stop talking, Sorry but I just wanted a massage not to know your whole life story. I will stick to my normal place

My husband made an appointment for a 60 min. massage, was able to get in the same day he called. Melissa was the massage therapist and did a wonderful job. My husband was very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness of the facility and the fact the message itself was actually 60 minutes. My husband will return for future massages.

You’re probably thinking… mmm, a spa in Rancho? No thanks. It can’t be THAT good. But it is. I’ve been to the bigger spas(Burke Williams and Glen Ivy), and I tell you, the smaller independent day spas have a leg up on their competition. Why? Because they have more time and energy to invest in satisfying their clients… while other spas seem to rush you out of the massage room in order to tend to the growing line outside. The smaller spas also have the freedom to produce a creatively peaceful atmosphere. It’s a small spa, yes, and it doesn’t have all of the amenities that the others do(pool and steam room)… but their massages are second to none, and sometimes, a good massage is what makes the difference between a good experience and a GREAT experience. I’ve been here several times, and have gotten massages by both Maria and Amanda — and while they’re both very good, sweet sweet Amanda beats me up just the way I like. When I say harder, she gives it to me harder… when I say right there, nice and soft, it’s done. It’s the only spa I’ve been to that will give an hour long massage for a decent price(other places will charge more for 45 – 50 minutes, with no hour long option). They provide the option of maximum pressure(and pleasure)… and there’s no difference in price between different TYPES of massages(Swedish vs. deep tissue, which is my personal favorite). They’ve really taken the time to make sure that the mood is set just right. The spa entrance(formerly located on Monroe Court) is akin to a warm and zen like garden. It’s walls of terracotta and burgundy are complimented with the trickling of mock waterfall fountains, the sounds of nature, and dim lighting which aids in the overall feel of total relaxation. You leave refreshed. You’ve gotten a great massage, and you’ve gotten your money’s worth.
