Soco Air Conditioning

I was referred to Dave by another AC technician that has retired. Al had nothing but great things to say about Dave. I called Dave yesterday and he came out first thing in this morning. He showed up to my door step with an ID that had his name and picture on it. He promptly began work checking the AC system to diagnosis the issue. We had been turning the AC on and it didn’t seem to be working like it should. The air was coming on but the temperature was not cooling the house. He took a look at the AC and notice there was a problem. It was an old system and the freon that was used was not the right one. Since the system is so old he could not fix something that’s not fixable. He spent 45 minutes checking airflow and crawled up into the attic to make sure the ducts were clear. At the end of his visit hr gave me his recommendations and did not charge me for the visit. That is A+ customer sevice. You can’t find anyone around willing to spend their time to help others out. He’s been in the business for over 40 years and he knows his stuff. If and when I own my own home and need work I will call Dave to do the job.
