I was personally a 2 pack a day smoker for about 17 ½ years. When I found vaping I was able to completely stop smoking. I found in my area there were no vape shops at all. I would drive 40 miles one way to get all my vaping needs, so I thought to myself with there being no vape shops with in 40 miles I had to bring one to my area, not only for myself but most importantly for our community. I am happy to provide a healthier alternative life style to my community.

I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years now, about a year and a half after they opened, and I have always had a good experience there. The staff is very knowledgable about what they sell and they are always more than happy to help you with whatever you may need. Not only are they knowledgable about their products but they have a huge variety of products to sell which I like. The Vapour Lounge will always be my go-​to place for any vape related needs. Go try it out!

I came here a couple of months ago when our group decided we were going to stop smoking. The gentlemen working behind the counter and his wife who also works there are absolutely amazing. I can say that I’ve cut back a lot, but when I’m being food and stick to vaping, my set up is on point! The prices here are more than fair, the people are the best, and they let you grab a drink and hang around the place. I need to go back pretty soon, it’s funny that I had to run out of juice to get around to writing this review!

I forgot to finalize the post months ago:
Clearly within operating hours. 3 people were clearly in the store. Two of them worked there for sure…(Heavy set asian guy and another heavy set white guy w/​a goatee). I knocked and they all ignored me. There were two other customers waiting outside to get in and so I asked them what was happening. They both knew nothing, indicated they saw people inside as well and weren’t acknowledged either.
Irritated at the situation, I knocked again and got the attention of the heavy asian guy. I spoke through the glass and asked «ARE YOU GUYS OPEN?». He ends up looking at the other person that works there and just looks back down as if he saw and heard nothing. What a f*cking joke! haha Could not believe the unprofessional and inconsiderate attitude that was displayed.
The worst part of the situation was that I think the white guy inside the store at the time (heavy set w/​goatee), was the or one of the owners of the shop.
Feeling disrespected, I laughed and walked away from the store. Amazing setup, great selection and was my go to spot. However, the POS management and customer service protocol that was executed that day was not acceptable and by no means a way to treat a once loyal customer.

Bad Service — I started coming here before there move to this location (4+ years) around the block from there old location waited 10 mins (normal) to get my bottle paid and then I asked about my rewards cause they offer discounts as you spend the cashier asked the owner if she can activate my rewards she said yes I waited 20 mins and she helped 3 other people and never attended me tried getting her attention she ignored me finally I walked out. definitely think there customer service is getting worse this is my second time waiting way to long for help on a matter I will no longer be returning

I’m taking a moment to write this review due to a horrible experience at the vapour lounge.
Why in the world would you make your customers sign some multi-​page legal document when buying e-​juice. Does the vapour lounge not have insurance to cover lawsuits like every other shop? Give your customers a f*cking break. Unless you allow underage purchases they are all old enough to understand the risk right? We don’t need you to be big brother and tell us what we can or can’t do with the products we purchase from you.
To all people who are reading this, the vapor lounge will make you sign a lengthy legal document for anything you purchase.
It’s a joke, especially when it implies you will not modify any product purchased from the store. Really… isn’t that what we vapor people do?(modify, rebuild, take apart, etc.)Your basically asking us to lie in order to protect your *ss?
I will encourage everyone reading this and within my sphere of influence to avoid this place as a protest.
Fyi: There are many great local and online shops you can buy the same products from without being pressured into entering a binding contract!

Cool place to chill and kick it. Staff is great and the juices are A-​1! Just got the granddaddy juice and it is FIRE. Will definitely come back with my fellow vapors. Plus one of the staff members helped me with my car battery… Freakin SWEET! 5 stars from a satisfied customer. :-)

Not too many Vape stores in Rancho, this one probably has the biggest selection selection of juices and mods. But definitely a hit or miss with the service. Some people just look like they don’t wanna help you out. But whatever just look for someone who’s actually smiling and willing to help you.

I bought another set of eGo one 0.5ohm coils. it’s blasting for 10 days without changing coil. The box has now security code to check if it is real or clones. Very nice.

Im new in the Rancho Cucamonga area and Im so glad I found Vape Lounge. Let me tell you everyone is helpful and friendly, but Marisa is super helpful by suggesting the best flavors and updates me with the new flavors that came in. I highly recommend her to help you find the juice you lookin for. You will not be disappointed of her costumer service.

I did’t realize how late you guys open. It’s inconvenient for some of your customers who have a busy day and can’t get product any sooner in the day. I sat in your parking lot for a few minutes and watched other customers drive away as well, something to consider at least try to open at 10 o’clock.

Excellent experience here. Best vape shop I have stopped in to date (since 2013). Wide variety of elixirs, friendly staff and huge selection of mods and vape essentials. I highly recommend shopping here for all your vape needs. Beginners ok! They help and explain everything to you!

Very cool place, lots of selection and friendly people. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the guy sold me the wrong flavors and nic strength I asked for. I was salivating for blueberry and when I got home and tasted it, it was watermelon! That bummed me out. Had to add my own nicotine to the others. Just verify what you got is what you asked for, and you’ll be set.

I was indecisive on some things and some chick behind the counter rolled her eyes and wasn’t really helpful. I held my composure and acted like i didn’t see it but I was surely pissed off! You can definitely tell that she wanted to go back to chit chatting with the other coworkers. You just lost a long time customer that has been there since been there since you opened across the street.
Tip: Paying customers can be indecisive, so expect it!
