I have to say that the customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend using this place for storing your things. Very safe environment.

I don’t know what you need to contact me about. My biggest complaint is about all of your «HIDDEN MANDATORY FEES». I did pay it as I was forced. I’m writing this review because I feel it’s a SCAM. I mean come on how many bogus fees can you add?

I had to move with short notice and, although I live in OC, it was going to be cheaper to store all of my stuff here for a few months, even with the extra miles on the rental truck. The facility is clean and the people who work there (Kodie was the one directly helping me) are friendly and professional. I was running late on the day that I moved and I got to the storage facility about 5 minutes before closing. I felt bad because I know what it feels like when it is time to go and you have to wait for some jerky who is lagging, but they were as nice as could be and helped me get situated before they left. These guys are awesome :)

First time posting a review to Unilocal due to the very poor customer service. My Fiancée rented a small storage unit here for several months. She had to travel out of the state for a family emergency and missed her first payment after something like 6 – 8 months of on time payments. I received a missed payment letter at home stating there would be something like a $ 15 late charge… fair enough, we legitimately missed the payment, not two days later another late notice arrives saying it was now 20 days past due or some such verbiage and it was now a $ 60 late charge and her stuff might be removed/​sold if we don’t respond. Called to speak with the manager and take care of things, tried to reason that although their contact does lay out the late fees and such, it would be much better customer service if they mentioned in the first letter the timeline and fees looking forward, and also if they would give more time/​notice between letters. Manager was very cold and keep going back to «it’s in the contract she signed», They also claimed they tried to call her cell that they had on file, but she has no record of incoming calls from the company. Fast forward to us clearing out the unit due to the poor service, it was the 2^nd or 3^rd of the month and the office staff said they could likely pro-​rate the final month payment so it would only be a few dollars for the 2 – 3 days we had used and not the full amount. We mentioned it was set up on autopay (done to avoid the whole missed payment thing) and they said we would have to call back to speak to the manager about that… again the cold shoulder and run-​around and «it’s in the contract that you have to give 30 days notice to get your money back»…yet the on site office staff could pro-​rate us if we were paying cash??? Seems getting late fees and sticking to the absolute written word of their contract is more important than a bit of personal empathy and good customer service…

Great Service so far, nice people, reasonable storage rates for outside trailer storage.

This is my first Unilocal review and I am happy to say that this place is definitely worth using. I am not very knowledgable on uHaul rentals so I came in expecting to pay over $ 130 for a truck about 14′.
Angela (I think she was the manager) was teaching one her new employees and ended up saving me money by changing my order to bring the truck back instead of bringing it somewhere else. Not sure how I did that but my total price came out to $ 66.55.
I’d like to say thank you for the amazing and genuine customer service. It means a lot, especially someone who doesn’t have a clue!

So, we had a reservation at 10:45am today for a 14′ Uhaul. We were running 30 minutes late for our reservation and received a call from Paige asking if we still needed the truck. Yes, we still need the truck and we are 5 minutes away. I thought, thank you for calling see you soon what great service.
Well when we got there and waited in line for 30 minutes while two people proceeded to rent the only two trucks they had remaining. It was finally our turn and Paige says let me make some calls. 10 minutes later of her on the phone with no answer, never speaking to anybody, I ask if they are out of trucks. She says yes, they are out of trucks. Um how can that be? You just called to confirm we were still coming and then you proceeded to sell our reservation out anyways? So she makes some calls, checks her system and no other Uhaul place has a truck. This the only day I can move and you just made us wait 45 minutes and now you can’t help us?
Yes, I will admit, we were 30 minutes late, but it does not state anywhere they will cancel or sell your reservation 30 minutes later. Especially after your credit card has already been charged. Horrible customer service. Trojan Storage was completely useless, wasted our time and really didn’t care.

We rented a uhaul truck from Trojan Storage. They also offer Uhaul trucks for rent. Firstly, when I called, the guy who answered the phone said that he would go out and check if they had a truck that met my needs. He then called me back to let me know that they did. I called other Uhaul locations in my city and no one else offered me the same service. That’s why I picked this place. The truck was clean and drove fine. They provided us with some pads for our furniture. When we pulled up to return our truck, it was past their closing time and the guy still came out, looked at our mileage, and checked everything. I think his name was Bill, but not positive. His customer service skills left us with a very positive feeling about this place.

I have had storage unit before with them and recently rented a space again. Best price I have found in this area. They offer the use a moving truck for free to move your things to storage (just have to pay for gas you use). You have the ability to pay over the Internet or phone and receipts and monthly statements can be emailed to you. The lady’s that work there are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend renting a unit here.

I walked into Trojan Storage so stressed out needing to store all my whole house in a hurry, The facility was clean and a Very nice young lady named lindsey was so helpful and made my day so much better, It is so nice to walk into a place and get excellent customer service and to feel like someone cares about you and not just your money. I will Definatly tell my friends and family to store here. If you want a safe place with great staff to store your stuff, look no futher. Trojan storage is the way to go! Thanks Lindsey! You are awesome!

Nice simple storage units, I personal do not have a unit there, a friend of mine does. Next to his home and work office, he says prices are not too bad at all.
Another good thing, we were there for about 2 hours, and we seen workers patrol the area at least twice, make you feel like its secure.
