Unity is where it ALL comes together! We specialize in BARRE workout taught by real dancers so we make sure you have the proper placement and teach injury prevention!

We also offer Barre basics if new and want a great work out still with a little more of a break down! Other classes offered are Dancers stretch and tone and Burlesque!

Besides working out we believe diet and mindfulness play an important part in the WHOLE picture! We have massage using organic products and Young Living oils, Holistic Nutrition which includes muscle testing for allergies and imbalances in the body,

supplements and workshops. For parents and children happycalmchild classes are available where children learn coping skills to self regulate via games, breathe work and fun! UNITY is truly where it all comes together and a commUNITY to support you.

History

Established in 2014.

Unity is owned and operated my Kathy Thorne who teaches a lot of the classes at the space. Kathy has been a dancer for 25 years and has trained and performed all over the US. After many years of dancing she went to school to be a holistic nutritionist and certified in QRA (muscle testing) Kathy knew at a young age there was more to health then what we as a society was doing. All the quick processed foods, fake sugars and not enough balance in our everyday life was not going to end up well. Along this journey (15 years ago) she was introduced to barre and has trained extensively. She decided to create UNITY as a space that was more than a barre studio. A place where yes we can get a great dancers body, but also learn to eat in a more natural way, take care of our body and respect what it does for us daily! Unity is new to Rancho and we are very excited to help the community be the best it can be!

I continue to enjoy taking adult tap class here. My sister and I have been attending for over 4 months now. The staff are awesome. I’m a beginner for the most part and I always feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
I have also received several great massages from the massage therapist, she is awesome.
If I could give more stars I would. Great business.

First time to try the Baby Barre with my 9 month old son. All I can say is that the class was AMAZING!!! Kathy was so nice to set up a play area for my son beside my mat. He felt at home and was all around the studio. The class was challenging yet Kathy was so patient with me and kept reminding me to breathe. I would definitely recommend this class the all moms with babies who want to destress and keep in shape at the same time!

This place and Kathy (the owner) are above fantastic! They offer adult classes in Barre (taught by real dance instructors), a variety of dance classes, and many «mommy and me» type of classes. Additionally, they offer nutritional counseling and wonderful wonderful massage. I love a place that accommodates individual needs as well as offering group pricing. There is always something here to meet everyone’s needs. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, you feel like Kathy really cares about you and your needs. All the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. For anyone who is curious about their services, I recommend speaking to Kathy personally. You will be impressed with her knowledge and her sincerity. As far as dance instruction (my favorite) Kathy brings her East Coast style to all of the classes she teaches. She has that unique ability that so many other teachers now-​a-​days simply do not have — the skill to adjust any move to all ability levels. Whether you are new to Dance/​Barre or very experienced, Kathy will make sure she meets your needs in every class she teaches. This place is honestly the «Gem of the Inland Empire», and I recommend you try them out. She is always running specials, which is how I got in, so check with them often to see what type of special you can get and go, go, go! You will not be disappointed.

Unity is wonderful! I’ve been coming to the Unity Baby babywearing barre classes for several months now and I love it. My baby loves the music and motion and I love the amazing workout I get. It’s great to have a place where I can workout WITH my baby, rather than using a gym daycare or finding a babysitter. The instructors are fabulous, and the owner Kathy is amazing and so knowledgeable. The studio offers so many other great classes, too. I’m so glad I found Unity!

I love this place. I have done almost everything here and I feel so welcome here. It is for all levels and all ages. Kathy and nelly work you in barre, but super nice about it. And in the dance classes, there are super beginners to people who have been dancing for years. Marla does amazing massages and found knots I didn’t even know about. Kathy helped me lose 20 lbs and I feel so much better. Highly recommend this studio.

I absolutely love the baby barre class taught by both Kathy and Tara. Where else can you get an amazing workout and be able to take your baby with you. My 6 month baby loves it when we do exercises on the barre with him in the carrier and my legs are on fire! Pretty affordable class packages as well.

I’ve been going to unity the last 5 Saturday’s for their baby barre class. It’s the only place I can workout with my baby and Kathy the owner is incredible. When I leave my legs are on fire and my baby is asleep in her carrier. It’s a wonderful time for mom and baby to spend time together while giving mom the opportunity to get a challenging but fun workout. Wish I could go everyday!

My name is Chiaeh (Gee/​Jieh) and I started Unity Barre not too long ago. This is a really great class and although I may not have experience in ballet, this class is very enjoyable to learn and to take for experience. The instructor/​owner of the Barre Unity and Wellness program Kathy, is a really great instructor as well as the other instructors. They are really great! They help you out whether you are a beginner or an expert in the class. They are very open and are also very helpful. I enjoy the music they have on for the classes and just the energy that goes on within the class. Anyone should try out the classes! It is really great and enjoyable! You feel the burn and get a great workout, and at the end of the class, your body feels great!

I can not rave enough about Unity. In the few months I have been taking classes, I see a change in my body, feel a change in my strength, and sense the change in my mentality. Not only are the barre classes fun and an amazing workout, the burlesque dance class rocks!!! It isn’t just for those who can dance, people like me (who look like a worm on the pavement in the middle of the afternoon sun looking for water) can participate, have fun, and work up a great sweat. They also offer life style workshops to learn how to be a healthy you, realizing massages, and yoga. First class only $ 10 so there is nothing to lose!!! (except the fat pants!)

I was online looking for a barre studio in Rancho and as I was doing my research I discovered that Unity Barre and Wellness offers Burlesque (sooo fun) classes as well. I have little to no background in dance, but owner, Kathy breaks down the movements so they are easy to pick up. The classes are calorie scorchers and have muscles I didn’t know I had, burning. All the instructors are wonderful and the staff is so polite and helpful. I bought the unlimited monthly pass, and have attended 4 – 5 classes a week since I signed up almost a month ago. Kathy (the owner) is personable, patient and you can tell, has a genuine passion to help individuals reach their goals. Great location, beautiful studio!

Very pleased by my experience at Unity barre so far. I chose to buy one month unlimited package after my free class trial. It’s been amazing so far. I am doing barre basics which is perfect for barre beginners. I have no dance background. This class slows down movements for learning purposes yet still get a fat burning workout. Service has been great. The employees seem very dedicated and genuine. Just seems like all around good people. Very glad I tried this out. Hoping it becomes a staple in my workout agenda. Hoping to see more of what barre has to offer!

I am so excited about Unity Barre, the newest barre studio in town! I happened to stumble across this studio when I was out shopping one day, and I’m so glad I did! The owner, Kathy, teaches many of the classes, and she is so awesome and authentic and has such a fun energy! The classes are upbeat and get your heart rate up. I broke a sweat for sure! I definitely left with tight muscles that are promising to be sore for a day or two at least!
The studio is in the shopping center across the street diagonally from Town Center, at the Haven and Foothill intersection. It is located right inside the entry way, if you go in on the Haven side.
I will definitely be back!
