Xtreme Auto Sound

I always expect specialized companies (car audio, etc.) to treat the customer like an idiot and always attempt to up-​sell. After all, what do we know? We just want our car audio and video to be as good as possible without breaking the bank. These guys (Jose especially) were kind, friendly, helpful and were in no way pushy. I explained that we were going on a trip last weekend (for Thanksgiving) and since we’ve going to have a long drive, we wanted to get the TV/​DVD in our 2006 Honda Odyssey fixed/​replaced. Jose explained all of my options: replace the entire system, front unit, TV, etc or simply just replace the TV and include a DVD player in the TV. THe original quote was anywhere between $ 350 – 750. I was a little dismayed, because we really didn’t want to spend that much. I called my wife and told her how much it would be, and she suggested I ask about simply fixing what we currently have. I said there is no WAY that an auto sound place will fix our current set up when they can just tell us it all needs top be replaced. Reluctantly, I called and spoke to Jose again, told him that our TV worked, but the separate DVD player seemed to be the issue. He said he could easily replace the DVD player for about $ 100. I was blown AWAY! They really worked with me, focusing on what I needed, not just on what would make them the most money. I am seriously impressed and will ALWAYS use Xtreme Auto Sound for any car audio/​video needs in the future. Thank you guys! The trip was much, much less stressful since our 4 kids were occupied the whole way.

Jose is awesomely friendly and helped me get the backup camera that was needed for my Challenger. He even helped me look online (Amazon, Ebay, Google) in the store to find a cheaper price… I mean who does that… that was something I’ve never experienced before.
Other places I went to (ex: Bestbuy) told me to search online and bring the camera in the store for installation. Not knowing which camera was compatible, I had no idea where to buy from.
There was no factory camera available from Dodge at the time, and probably still isn’t, so I had to get a third party camera.
The shop is not the usual nice looking and was doubtful going there but once I was there I knew I went to the right place.

Great shop! Very friendly service and they installed the alarm in my company truck without any issues. Works perfectly and installation is very clean. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to this time. These guys are excellent, and Jose did a great job explaining what I needed, without any pressure or upselling. They were professional, fast, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Brought my car in with a poorly installed factory navigation system. Jose and his guys were able to figure out what the previous installer did wrong and were able to install a new and much nicer Kenwood system. These guys know what they’re doing and have excellent customer service skills. Their prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their car’s audio system.

Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that knows what they are doing. I took my boat in to have a system done and I couldn’t be more disappointed. The craftsmanship on the wiring was downright terrible, the amp was bridged incorrectly, and they even mounted a speaker upside down. To top it off they returned my boat unfinished, and I was told to bring it back the following Tuesday because «good work takes time». 480 bucks later, I ended up finishing the job myself. This place obviously has no business being in the stereo industry.

As you can see, I am not a big « Unilocaler» but I just had to come on here to talk about Xtreme autosound.
I’ve been to xtreme autosound on MANY different occasions and each visit has been an amazing experience.
My first visit was to see why my sub that I had gotten installed at a different location was not working. The employee at the time was busy working on another car but took the time out to help me. He noticed I had a bad fuse and replaced it in a matter of what seemed like thirty seconds. I really appreciated his helpfulness and positive attitude.
On my second visit, I had my stock factory radio replaced with a pioneer head unit. Jose was extremely helpful, gave me a great price, and had it installed that same day. I had some questions about it after I left and he was extremely helpful over the phone. I must have been on the phone with him for fifteen minutes but not once did he seem annoyed.
On my third visit, I came in with a new car and Jose recognized me. It might not seem like a big deal, but small things like that mean a lot to customers. I asked Jose about doing a completely new sound system in my car. I had done a little bit of research on the internet and thought I knew what I wanted. After discussing it with Jose, he steered me in a different direction. He explained to me that my setup was overkill and that I was spending a lot more money than I needed to. He laid out a different plan that would save me A LOT of money and actually be better than my original setup.
On my fourth visit, I had my old sub installed along with a kenwood amp, processor, and bass knob (he even installed a better bass knob than the one I was originally expecting). Wow. He made my stock speakers sound amazing. Whenever people sat in my car, they always asked if my speakers were stock. I always replied with a «yup» and a smirk on my face.
On my fifth visit, Jose replaced my stock speakers with some infinity kappas. The difference in sound is indescribable. I was hearing details in my music that I had never heard before. It blew my mind! There were so many instances where I had a song on repeat just to hear those details again and again and again!
On my most recent visit, Jose put in a new 12′ JL w3 sub. (He never said that I needed a new sub, but since everything else in my car audio-​wise was new, I figured why not lol). He gave me a great price on it and had it installed in a matter of five minutes… and wow that sub bumps cleaannnnnnnnn.
As a person who is pursuing music in graduate school, sound is a big deal to me. Whether I’m listening to pop, hiphop, electronic, or classical, this sound setup handles everything. I really appreciate Jose’s honesty and friendliness. Every time I come in I spend at least fifteen minutes asking him questions and every single time he answers them in a friendly and informative way without making me feel like an idiot (which I’ve experienced many times at other car audio shops).
I’m planning on replacing my factory head unit soon with one from Kenwood and can’t wait to visit the shop again.

I went in there to see how much it would cost to tint my car, kris told me they no longer do that and referred me to superior auto styling was treated very nice and just want to say thanks for the referral. I will be coming back to get some speaker work done soon I got a chance to talk to kris and jose about it and they are able to work with me for my budget and my schedule. I feel very comfortable coming back for more work and suggesting my friends to show up.

Passed by this shop a couple of times on my way to work and finally had a chance to stop by. I’m glad I did chris was so much help. Been to a couple of shops that really just over priced me and were kind of rude. These guys were great helped me out with some tips and hooked it up with an amp and sub to my factor system. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I finally dropped my truck off an they did some custom work for me.
They said with the shop being so busy that they were going to build the amp rack an sub enclosure in a few days.
Jose seemed really excited to do this job an honestly really hooked it up on the price.

I came here after receiving a $ 1100 quote from best buy on a sound system and speakers that didn’t even fit my needs. It made me so sad that getting a new radio would cost so much. I have seen Xtreme Auto Sound millions of times near my house and decided to drop by and talk to them about my needs. Chris was AWESOME! They made a recommendation of a sound system that fit my needs. He even sat in my car, listened to my speakers and recommended I NOT get speakers. Best Buy told me I needed speakers. After it was said and done, I saved $ 600 and got what I wanted. The customer service is great and I am always looking for when men treat me differently because I am a woman dealing with car stuff and this place was professional and did not try any funny stuff. LOL!
I highly recommend this shop for all your needs.

Wanted to add a car stereo for my two cars. Xtreme Autosound was able to show me several choices and recommended the best unit for my needs. The installation was quick and clean and they took the time to explain the features and warranty information. Jose just installed a sub and amp in my truck it turned out great. He didn’t try to up sale me by making me go with 2 subs. I only wanted one and that’s what he put in. I’m glad I picked this spot. Great service and system sounds awesome.

I was looking for a cool stereo with blue tooth capability to use my phone hands free in my 2010 Subaru. My parents live close by and a few people told me to check Xtreme out.
I went down and spoke with Jose. He was very nice and very informative. He showed me all the options and different features for a few models. He didn’t try to up sell me or push a more expensive route.
I decided to get the Pioneer AVH-​X2600BT. This model has a USB plug that they put in the glove. He added an auxiliary input that totally looks factory. I was very happy with the outcome, everything workes great. After driving and trying to utilize the USB feature with my phone (you get more control and different app capability while using the USB versus Bluetooth) the wire was getting clipped because I want to drive with the glove compartment closed. I called the next day and asked if he could move the USB connection and put it by the auxiliary input under the stereo. He said sure, no problem and got me in that same day.
Everything looks great, like factory! I’m stoked with the stereo and set up! I would totally recommend Xtreme to others!

This shop lives up to its reputation. My friends and co-​workers kept telling me about this shop. They fixed my factory sound system for a great price compared to everyone else. They also replaced my bad HID lights. The service and prices are amazing. I love the fact that they have been here for a while. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.
