Zagg Invisible Shield

Paul helped me today and the service was amazing! I work at Sephora at the mall, came during my lunch and couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you guys so much!!!

Zagg has been opened for quite some time now and they are doing an amazing job! They are very welcoming. I don’t trust any other products except zagg! There invisible shields are reliable and durable! There products are very strong! PLUS THE WARRANTY WHO CAN BEAT THAT!!! The employees make you leave with a smile!

This place is horrible.
I normally go to Ontario mall but decided to go to Victoria gardens. They charge 10 in order to get a replacement when it is only 6 dollars. So I said what ever just put it on. The representative didn’t even do a good job. The sides are bubbling. Never coming again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This kiosk is horrible, I went to get my warranty replace and its $ 10 here instead of $ 6 the other kiosks charge. The guy calls his manager to ask about price then all of a sudden won’t replace warranty items, even though they had them in stock and would have replaced it 5 minutes ago. Then changed his story again. I don’t know if it was the kid working there or the manager, by the end of the conversation he had 3 different stories on yes he could change the warranty item and then why he can’t change the warranty item even though he had stock. Just ridiculous. Save your time and just go to Ontario mills.

I recently visited ZAGG after I had to get my display replaced on my iphone 6 at the Apple Store nearby. Apple referred me to the ZAGG kiosk and I was not let down. I had my glass screen protector installed by Eric, he aligned it perfectly and did a great job and was very kind. However, three days later my screen protector began to peel off; on further inspection this wasn’t the installers fault, just a defective screen protector which I’m sure is rare.
I drove back out to the Victoria Gardens location disappointed to hear that they were currently out of stock. However, Paul was so gracious as to suggest meeting me closer to my home in Moreno Valley, so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back out for an install. He installed the screen for free and did a great job. I definitely will be going back for other products in the future. I’ve never had a worker go that far out of his way to please the customer and give them a wonderful experience. Go here for all your screen protector needs! Kind, intelligent, and thoughtful employees will take care of you. My only drawback is that you get the lifetime warranty but still have to pay for an install. However, they do such a flawless job on install that I wouldn’t mind paying for it so long as I’m not frequenting there.

Normally, I don’t write Unilocal reviews but if the experience is terrible enough, I feel I have an obligation to other customers to give them fair warning.
So basically I stopped by on my way from the Apple store to get a back invisibleshield for my iPhone 6. I already got the screen back in September 2014 so I thought I’d grab the back so I wouldn’t have to use a case anymore. I asked if they had the back shield in stock and they said yes. I assumed it would be quick grab of the shield out of their stock drawer and I’d pay but they started to take out a big sheet of invisibleshield and started cutting it with a machine of the outline of the iPhone 6 back. It would’ve been nice if they told me they had to literally create the back from scratch instead of telling me they had it in stock. So I basically wait 5 minutes for them to do this. Also, he tried to sell me on installing the shield for me (which he questionably didn’t mention there would be an added cost) but I declined since I’ve installed a lot of shields myself over the years. That’s issue #1.
Issue #2: After they’re done, I go to check out and the guy (Paul, guess he’s the owner) tells me it’s $ 24.99! I was like wtf? $ 24.99 for JUST the back invisibleshield?! Keep in mind on the Zagg website, they sell the front AND back original invisibleshield for a retail price of $ 24.99. They sell just the original screen for $ 14.99 so I thought the back would cost me $ 9.99. I explained this and he basically said because they’re a mall cart and have the high cost of renting the location, they charge higher prices. Smh… all I have to say is that’s one hell of a markup. I’d be better off going to BestBuy, Target, Amazon, or even directly to Zagg instead of getting ripped off by them. I said forget it and was about to leave when he said I had to pay since they already cut out the shield for my iPhone 6. He started arguing with me that he’s a salesman and business guy and that I don’t understand the cost of running a business (I have a business finance degree and work as a professional for a company so kind of made me laugh his pathetic ego was trying to rip me off which I’m sure he does to a lot of other people who don’t know about Zagg retail products/​prices). Long story short, I told him I’m not paying the $ 24.99 price and told him I’d only buy it if he sold it for $ 14.99. He relented and said he’d only do this once (what a tool) and rang me up.
NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this terrible Zagg «authorized» mall cart. I guess it’s kind of my fault for not asking the price but firstly, I didn’t realize they were going to cut a shield for me and they were going to force me to buy a marked up product and secondly, I assumed their prices were on par to what the Zagg retail prices would be. They really should’ve disclosed the prices to me before they tried to sell me anything. Zagg really should audit their authorized retailers cause this one is ripping people off. Buyers, BEWARE what you pay here. You will pay higher price at this location. You’re better off going to a real retail store (BestBuy, Target, Amazon, or even directly to Zagg’s website) to buy a shield. You’ll at least pay fair market value prices at those places rather than a large marked up price here.
Save yourself the trouble and go either to the Ontario Mill Zagg cart (had a decent experience there/​prices were on par to retail) or a retail store to get your shield.

Erik really hooked my sister up. We realized her screen protector was messed up and Erik replaced it with a brand new one for $ 10! And gave her the back protection for $ 15. Really great service, I work with them a lot.

Paul was great! Did a fantastic install on my iPad mini. Can’t even see the screen is on it! Perfect alinement. He was fast and professional. I love Zagg products. They are so great. The lifetime warranty is SO worth every penny! You can exchange it at a store or online (they will mail it to you for the cost of postage). So, I prefer to go into the store for someone like Paul to do my install. Thanks for always making my experience great!

Came to get a HDX screen protector changed out here today 7-​23-​2015. Service was quick, and the applied screen protector came out perfect. Thanks Paul at Zagg in Victoria Gardens!

I recently got my Microsoft band watch done here at Zagg in Victoria Gardens. It came out great now it won’t scratch up, the screen sticks up so it’s easy to scratch. That shield is great for it will prevent anything happening to my overpriced watch lol. Staff is super friendly I will definitely be going back!

Purchased one of these bad boys a few months back, and I’ve gotta say it is well worth it! Fair price, great warranty. I was especially excited since after researching which screens to buy that the kiosk was at the Victoria Gardens just a block away from my home! They even installed it for me

OK so this location is privately owned, not a corporate kiosk
My son broke his iPhone last week at his grad night celebration event. So we took it in to the apple store to get replaced, I end up buying him a new phone and I get the old ZAGG screen protector back. The apple store employee hands the screen protector back to me on a piece of paper. This was just this past Saturday.
Now the ZAGG here in Victoria gardens was a lot closer to the apple store than Ontario Mills, so we decided to just go here to save time. We walk up and no one’s at the kiosk. We wait about 20 mins until the employee finally shows up. We ask for a warranty then he tells us that they charge $ 11. I told him last time it was $ 7 and now it’s 11? His reply was that all the ZAGG carts are charging this much, I told him Ontario didn’t they only charged $ 6, he just shrugged his shoulders. Fine whatever I’ll pay it since it was more convenient to get it done here. My son hands him his iPhone and then the guy tells us that they are out of stock on the iPhone 6 glass.
He said I should just go to Ontario to get it replaced that they are a corporate location and should have some in. Or I could wait for them to get more in next week. OK fine we wasted time and now I’m leaving but then another customer walks up and wants the iPhone 6 glass for his phone. The employee grabs his phone and pulls out a glass for it right in front of my face and installs it on this new customers phone.
I confront the employee and he says that because they are low on stock they can’t do Warranties on the glass but they can sell it. Total bull crap if you ask me. I did get upset and told him that this is not how to run a business. His reply was it’s not my rules I’m just doing what I’m told. OK sure he’s just an employee so it’s not his fault he’s doing his job. So I just ask to speak to the manager then, his reply was «No, the manager is off today and I do not want to call him just to talk to a customer who can’t understand no»
At this point I’m furious and my son and I leave and went to Ontario Mills and got it replaced there on Wednesday, no hassle or questions asked they just took the shield and charged $ 6! For the reinstall fee. And it looks great.
Bottom line, this location never has product for Warranties and has rude employees that are never at the kiosk when you need them.
I’d rather go out of my way to go to Ontario than come here to Victoria gardens ZAGG ever again.

Overpriced warranty, Ontario mills is cheaper. This kiosk also closed an hour early. Wasted my time here at vg. Another thing to mention, the employee at Vg also lied about the price of the Ontario Zagg. Never going back to this place.

Bought the HD shield for my new iPhone 6 with warranty. Kinda expensive but thought it was worth it, especially with the warranty. However after 2 months it is starting to peel off and bubble. I took it back for replacement… You know the warranty. But it cost more money for them to install. I don’t want to keep spening money every couple of months. Totally disappointed! I will make sure family and friends know before they get one

This location was really helpful and the people that work their are super nice. They were able to fix all my issues so overall a very satisfied customer.

Got my first invisible shield glass for my new iPhone here… had to return my phone and removed the shield and it cracked. Long story short I got my new iPhone and showed up here with the cracked protector. They were out of glass for the 6 so he gave me a temporary cover until they get them in… Erik went out of his way to help me out and was super friendly. I will bring every phone back to this location. They deliver the kind of customer service you don’t expect from people anymore. Awesome.
