The office has a waiting room divided in well and sick patient areas; once inside, there are 5 exam rooms total. As follows: 2 well patient exam rooms in the well aisle and 2 sick patient exam rooms in the sick aisle, and 1 treatment room utilized mostly for procedures such as circumcisions, minor suturing, cryotherapy, ear lavages, hearing and vision screenings} tympanometry and audiometry, and others.

Each exam room is individually equipped with its own clinical assessment tools and devices and other medical essentials, this helps to prevent equipment cross-​contamination.

History

Established in 2006.

Originally started in 2000 as a private practice in Palm Springs, CA and then relocated to Rancho Mirage in 2006

Business Owner

Dr. Quintanilla is a board certified pediatrician with 20 years of experience devoted to the training and practice of General Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine; he received his MD degree in 1988 from the University of EI Salvador, and after successful completion of rigorous US Medical National Board Exams equivalents, he then started his residency in General Pediatrics at Maimonides Infant’s & Children’s Hospital of Brooklyn I State University of New York –Downstate Medical Center, located in Brooklyn, NY; after completing his pediatric residency in 1991, Dr. Quintanilla then continued with further training with a fellowship in Neonatology at Miller Children’s Hospital at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center I University of California-​Irvine Medical Center located in Long Beach, California.
