The wife and I hadn’t had a break all year so we planned a great long getaway weekend for our anniversary in Palm Desert to relax and play some golf and tennis.
Lots of planning only to have my lower back go out the day we left LA.
Bad, Bad, Bad. bone on bone, nerve on nerve pain!
Thought the trip was ruined until I went to Unilocal and found Dr Barry… called his office at 9am and his pleasant staff was able to make an appointment for me at 3pm the same day.
Had 20 minutes of stim treatment, 5 minutes of ultrasound followed by some stretching and table adjustments from Dr. Barry.
Immediately felt better!
Followed up with a second visit of the same… the next morning and was at the driving range that afternoon.
Next day was able to play a great round of golf PAIN FREE.
Thanks Dr Barry for saving the weekend… my only wish would be that you were closer.
Rest assured when I am in town (about 6 times a year) I will be stopping by for an adjustment if I need it or not!

I was on vacation in Palm Springs, far away from my regular chiropractor when my neck went into spasms that threatened to derail my vacation. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Nelson, and he graciously offered to come in on his off day and work on me.
After his treatment my pain level went from unbearable to manageable. I was able to enjoy the rest of my time in Palm Springs, and even scheduled one more appointment to get me in shape for the flight back.
Dr. Nelson not only knows how to get your neck back in shape, but is also a caring and welcoming person.

Very knowledgeable, caring family man who’s been in practice here for a few years now. Came looking for a decent one since my fav is in Long Beach so upon checking out a few places, this one is the real deal. 2x visits a month @ $ 35 for rollers, ultrasound and muscle stimulation along with a thorough adjustment makes this place complete in chiro care. Always pleasant and polite, I’ll be coming here every time my back turns inside out.
