Forever 21

Very great store & friendly staff. I always find lots to buy without having to spend too much money. The deals on basics are better than any other store in the valley. They also expanded their sale section & there’s way more discounted clothing than before. I love this Forever 21 location and I will definitely be shopping often.

I love this location. It’s well lit and organized. However, they have some of the rudest staff I have ever met! Nicole is one of the most unpleasant cashiers to date, it’s insulting how miserable she is, don’t work in retail if you hate dealing with people so much. I hope this place turns its staff around so that I don’t have to start going elsewhere.

okay so, cute stuff! pretty decent plus size! shoes, are a little pricey! jewelry was so low, they only had one rack! such a mess! fitting room looked like a zoo! you can totally tell they never sweep! kinda ghetto for it to be in the river shopping center tbh

The workers here are always helpful when I go in. Never a problem, and I’ve never been rushed out near closing, it’s been the complete opposite. I really wish I could recall some of the employees there that have been super helpful. I will get names next time!
I’d rate them five stars if the racks weren’t so stuffed. I’m always knocking things down, having to pick up a handful of product and set it aside just to go through the rack. Some racks I avoid entirely. Every Forever 21 has this problem, maybe it’s a corporate level issue that should be addressed. Re-​design the floor layout, and so on.

I did get the phone call back. The area regional manager was very apologetic and asked if I ever did get my gift card and if she could personally take my info to purchase the card. I declined and just asked her to follow through. She said as soon as she got off the phone with me that she was going to call a meeting and talk to everyone.
My intent was to never get anyone in trouble or lose their jobs. My intent was to have people understand that although many of us with disabilities look «able» we aren’t. Also, no matter if you’re disabled or not someone should always be willing to help.
Lastly, I got a phone call back from the regional manager and she told me that the store re-​did their compassion training and assured me that there would be great customer service in the future. She welcomed me back. I appreciated all of her follow up. That’s what I call customer service!

I love this store. I found so many cute clothes. I could not believe the prices. So cheap! Cheap in a good way. The selection is ridiculously huge. I headed in with a big black bag that I picked up at the front door and went to town. This was my first time in a Forever 21. I was impressed. The sales help was, well, helpful!. Clothes fit me just right for the most part. I am a solid medium here. Easy. I would make one suggestion, add some more hooks in the dressing rooms and a bench to put your purse on. I did not like laying it on the floor. I was so busy trying things on I was in a frenzy. Yes, I have washed some of the items and no they did not fall apart. Use your delicate cycle and hang to dry on some items. They also have some handy stuff at the check out area. Small things, accessories. Different girly stuff you didn’t think you need but end up buying anyway because the prices cant be beat. I could not believe that I was actually shopping here, I thought it was for teeny-​boppers, call me a teeny bopper because I cannot wait to go back. Dude, its awesome!

Walked through the doors that allowed me walk in when the store was closed (lmao) I walked into one of the best forever21 stores. Why? This store provides great and friendly service, they have the store lay out right on point, many different styles and selections.

This is one of my favorite stores I come here every Saturday and buy myself at least one new outfit. Today there wasn’t as much as I would have liked everything was too floral probably because it’s summer time. I did manage to buy a birthday dress which I am excited to wear. This store is way better then the mall one but not the best forever 21 I have ever been too. My advice is to try I the clothes before you buy because you can’t return for money only store credit.

Watch your account! !!! This store charged my account 3times and just because she could not print out my bill she told me I could not leave with my top. Had to argue with her to call her head office. They messed up my card my bank put a hold on it because how much she used my card. The head office didnt talk to me. Then I was here for hour ½ and it was like it was my fault. The poor woman… head office needs to fix the issue here.

Though overall it’s very organized and clean I do believe the plus size section is rather small. The sizes are not that big when it comes to the bottoms. The prices are fair but I would like more variety.
As to the regular sized section it’s huge and great. I basically have no complaints there.

Great! I like shopping at forever, and this one beats the one at Westfield by far. They have great selection and great prices. It even FEELS good to shop here. I love the lighting, the displays, everything.
It definitely has everything: from kids, men’s, accessories, shoes, to plus sizes. Just don’t get lost. I have trouble locating what I want sometimes.
One thing I might have missed — where are the aisles and aisles of clearance items? I’m used to a huge wall of sale items, but I only found one rack.

This Forever 21 has everything! It’s the second nicest F21 location to the Vegas strip. What I like about it – great men’s apparel.
In general, the store is huge. It has a lot of help, when needed, and… and…and!

The store is pretty clean. They have sales throughout the store. The clothes looks like it wasn’t picked over many times over. You will find something that you will like. The staff on the other hand should be a bit more welcoming. I come in contact with one with a snobby attitude at the cash register. Minus the one star.
I got a gnarly Chewbaca tank top at this place LOL.

Another Forever 21 in the valley!
This F21 is taking over the space of the Borders at the River, right across from the theaters. Walking in, this place is a huge upgrade from the F21 at the Westwood mall a couple of minutes over. The place has high ceilings, bright lights, and is huge in variety. Aside from the regular women’s wear there’s sections including child, plus size, men, jewelry, shoes, and intimates.
Customer service is mixed but for the most part is great. When asking to find a particular dress, one girl just told me to ‘look over there, it should be around there’, vaguely waving her arms (thanks!). However, when I asked another girl if she could find another size in a shirt she went out of her way to look for it in its section and did it with a friendly attitude. From my experience at F21’s, the more stylish and put together a sales associate is, the more helpful and willing to help they are.
The only reason I am giving this place four stars out of five is for the cleanliness of the fitting room (I’d give it a 4 ½ if I could!). I went early in the morning and the floor in the fitting room was super dusty and even had a small dust bunny by the mirror, I didn’t even take off my shoes because of it. Aside from this, this place is great and I can’t wait to regularly shop here in the future.
