Buying a home with John Moder as our agent was such a fun experience! We were not familiar with the desert area when we purchased our vacation home almost three years ago. John listened to our needs and go to know our personalities to help us find the perfect home. Now that we have become permanent residents we cant wait to do it again! Looking for a larger home, and listing ours. Besides John being a blast, he is not pushy, truly listens, professional, dependable and has great integrity! Highly recommend him and his Team!

Team Michael and Bill Arnold in particular sold my condo in Mission Hills. They did a great job staying on top of market conditions in my exact area and keeping me informed. Bill went the extra mile with open houses and follow up with prospective buyers. We were called and emailed several times a week and always knew how things looked. Everything they said they would do they did. When the offer came through we were given professional advise and it all played out as expected. I can’t say enough. If you have a townhouse or condo in Mission Hills in Rancho mirage go with Keller Williams, Team Michael and Bill Arnold in particular… They have it down for that niche… And probably others as well.

We have worked with John Moder for five years, approximately, and have always been impressed with his professionalism and follow up.
He’s not just a realtor, but is an advocate.
We bought one house from him and will be listing two condos with him in the next few months. We have also given him the condos to list for leases, and they have consistently been leased. When we have had problems with some of the lessees and called him for suggestions on how to handle a situation,
he has been right there assisting and/​or problem solving.
We know we can depend upon and trust him. He’s a great guy and very trustworthy.
