Watch out! They will reap you off!!! They say free estimate but they charge me over $ 100. The only problem was the tub valve was closed and even so they charged me over $ 100 to tell me that.
They’re re not honest and definitely not professional. They don’t know how to do business. We don’t recommend them to nobody!!!

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this plumber. I called for a client that was having trouble with a faucet and needed to change the cartridge. I explained this was a slight emergency as she was having guests the next day and they understood and we’re going to make it to the house very early. When they showed up they attempted to repair and when they couldn’t they just walked out after being very rude to my client. No trying to trouble shoot with the manufacturer, just gave up and left us high and dry. I would not recommend this company at all under any circumatance especially if they could not come through in a time of need.

Robert is my new go-to plumber!
Another company came out previously and tried to snake a stubborn bathtub that would not drain and gave up, saying that we would need to open up the walls and ceiling to replace the piping. I obviously wanted another opinion before resorting to such drastic measures so I called ABT and Robert was able to accommodate our weekend schedule for a visit and was exactly on time. He even took his shoes off before entering our house (the other guy said that ‘his shoes were clean’ and walked in on our carpet)!
Needless to say, Robert was able to snake the drain out successfully and we don’t have to tear open the walls, saving untold amounts of $$! I especially appreciated that he was able to critically think through the problem and diagnose possible ramifications of the work.

I’m not sure why these guys get such great reviews. I made a same day appointment with Robert at 11a for 4p. At 4:15p I called to find out if they were coming. Robert had «lost» my appointment. He did offer to send someone out — in an hour. Sounds like pretty typically bad plumber service. I passed on Robert’s offer…

Im a licensed contractor who requested some work from this company. Gave me one of the most ridiculous estimates for the scope of work that was requested. Gentlemen was so embarrassed by the quote his boss told him to give me, that he left our project by telling me «we just dont want to do the work».
Only reason for the 1 star… he showed up on time.

Wow an amazing company. Response time is the fastest I’ve encountered and Robert knows his stuff. There isn’t one plumbing problem he can’t figure out and he’s very reasonably priced. Can’t beat that combo. My landlord keeps using this plumber that doesn’t fix anything, I recommended ABT plumbing and when Robert came out, he fixed the problem in one hour and I haven’t called my landlord for plumbing since.

I have used Robert at ABT Plumbing for many many years. He is always incredibly reliable, always shows up on time, and always gets the job done. He is very friendly, and cleans up after himself. He came out one night, very late, on a Saturday night! We had the main line backed up and sewage was backing up into the house. He dropped what he was doing and got out right away. He is the best plumber I have used, and will be happy to continue to use him, and would refer him without hesitation.

I have worked with Robert for years. ABT plumbing has helped us with all of our managed properties. ABT has the best pricing, and highly knowledgable and experienced plumbers. Since 2008, ABT has worked on our apartment properties, commercial properties, and single family rental properties. Harbor Property Management is blessed to have such an important partner as ABT Plumbing. We don’t like to share Robert and his company, but the cat is out of the bag. ABT plumbing is the best in San Pedro!
