Guaranty Escrow must adhere to the highest standards imposed on «licensed» escrow companies

We are licensed through the Department of Business Oversight.

Our Trust funds are insured by Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation.

We are Bonded.

Our Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the escrow industry.

The Department of Justice investigates all of our employees, including fingerprints and photos.

We are subject to routine regulatory audits by the Department of Business Oversight, Annual CPA audit is required.

Guaranty Escrow was founded by Wendy Bond in 2004 in response to numerous requests from clients for an independent escrow company that would serve the real estate and escrow needs of South Bay residents and real estate professionals.

Having owned and operated a mortgage banking firm for over 16 years, Mrs. Bond recognized a need for change in the escrow industry. At Guaranty Escrow, we have assembled the most educated and most talented, customer service oriented escrow officers in California.

She has a demonstrated record of outstanding customer service skills in addition to her creative, energetic approach to the real estate business. Wendy is uniquely qualified to handle all types of real estate escrow transactions regardless of complexity.
