Business Owner

Prior to starting her own practice, Yvette was a Staff Attorney at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County where she represented clients on a full range of family-​based immigration matters and represented clients before Immigration Court. Yvette facilitated community outreach efforts and presented «Know Your Rights» workshops to the immigrant community.

Yvette M. Saddik has a passion for defending the most vulnerable clients and believes that all people should have access to adequate legal representation. Yvette specializes in Immigration and Nationality Law.

Prior to Catholic Charities, Yvette joined the ACLU, Drug Law Reform Project in Santa Cruz, CA., where she worked as a Legal Research Assistant. She provided legal support to a nationally based civil and criminal litigation team focused on combating racial disparities in drug law enforcement incarceration. Yvette collaborated with a national field organizer in supporting and mobilizing community members affected by
