This office is extremely helpful, patient, smart, organized, & thorough. If you’re a real estate agent, I would highly recommend this office for all of your escrows & deed needs. Jennifer & Tessa are a great team and work quickly and efficiently on short and long term escrows. They are always going the extra mile. They work nights and weekends to meet with clients to sign paperwork and loan docs. I would highly recommend them over the other escrow companies in the North County area (especially Rancho Santa Fe)!

What a great honor it is for me to give the first review for Corinthian Title and Escrow. I had a very lengthy, complicated and difficult escrow. Frankly, I had wanted to use a friend of mine for this but after doing this deal, I’m sure I would have lost another friendship because this was such a bear of a deal. Jennifer and Tessa were utmost professionals throughout the entire process. When I thought I was going to jump out of my skin, they remained calm and plowed through. They were thorough in their documentation, deliberate in their tasks and went above and beyond what I would expect from a title company. I would recommend them hands down.
If it weren’t for their dedication to their profession, I probably would have lost this deal and there was a lot riding on this thing closing. They were simply amazing. I am very, very grateful that this ordeal is over and that it all worked out. Every professional from my side of the transaction has been very pleased with Corinthian (Jennifer and Tessa).
