Floral Palette

This floral shop on the shopping center is gorgeous. It has a small boutique in the front with beautiful fresh flower arrangements. I have only seen artificial versions of some of the ones they had. They offer baby items, cards, jewelry and knock knacks. I just wish they had more flower arrangements.

As others have said, the flowers Natalie and her team put together are Wow! I have ordered flowers for my mother who lives in the area a few times and every time they are so beautiful. Not at all your typical arrangement — very unique and creative.
I just ordered some for her birthday and they were outstanding. My mom who almost never calls me, called me twice to say how beautiful they were. Once when she got them and a few days later to tell me they still looked perfect. It’s great to know there is a local resource that I can order flowers on the web from and get spectacular results every time!

I sent flowers to a friend for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness — she is a survivor. When selecting from the website, I thought the prices were a bit more than what I wanted to spend, but I didn’t want something cheesy.
What arrived blew me away! The pictures on the website did not do it justice and I was more than happy with what I spent. I send flowers across the country to friends and this was by far one of the best purchase! Thank you!!!

I have worked with Natalie on roughly 20 weddings now over the past 4 years, her style, professionalism and design abilities are OUT OF THIS WORD!!! I am confident referring clients to her, yes, she is higher end florist in Rancho Santa Fe and cannot work with every budget out there, but she will do her best to offer something. If you are lucky enough to get to work with the Floral Palette on your upcoming event, you are one lucky cookie!!!

I emailed Natalie from a referral from another vendor asking if she was available for my date and if we could meet. She immediately responded not even answering if she was available but instead asking how many guests and my budget. I responded that I would like to stay under $ 3,000 and didn’t hear back, assuming it had to do with my budget. So, I emailed her again saying I didn’t hear back and if we could meet and her response was that she couldn’t work with my budget and that personal flowers and centerpieces alone would be $ 3,000…which is the first I’ve heard from a florist. I cannot believe that a business owner would respond this way, I would rather have her just say that she has a minimum or is booked for my day but that is so wrong to tell me that my budget will not cover what I need. A florist should be willing to work with someone’s budget not to mention should have the creativity to make the budget work with certain flowers. Every other florist I am in talks with has asked to schedule a consultation before even asking about budget. This was just a huge turn-​off to me and thought I would share for other brides.

WOW WOW WOW, that is what I have to say! i was sending a bouquet of flowers to a client who was just diagnosed with breast cancer and lives in RSF so I looked to see if I could find someone local so that I could try and get a same day delivery. I called and asked and it was NO PROBLEM at all. Not only did they take care of that need but I requested a bouquet full of Pink flowers to help send a little support of her news and they went OVER the TOP and filling my request. I bouquet was amazing as my client sent me a picture with a thank you. I got way more than I expected and will most certainly be using them again for my flower needs in North San Diego!!! What a find!!! Thank you for the great service, great quality and most of all the smile you put on my clients face when she got the flowers!

I have never seen more beautiful arrangements before. Natalie and her staff are incredibly creative. My friends and I order flowers from her often and each arrangement is unique and stunning, BREATH TAKING is probably more accurate. We are frequently amazed at what we see. Color, texture, presentation etc. I can’t say enough about the designs.
On top of that, customer service is the best. Natalie goes over and above what is expected. Don’t hesitate to order from The Floral Palette you will be thrilled you did!
