5 star for the staff. Always making eye contact and smiling. Everyone is hustling and makes fast/fresh quicker than fast food. Nice to see franchise businesses still focusing on service instead of relying on ads and promotions to get people to return. Well done

First, the staff needs to try to smile from time to time, it helps :) Second, they need to be flexible, I came with a coupon for a free cream-bagel, I asked for eggs and Brie and offered twice that I will pay the difference, they said absolutely no. I opened the bagel to find out that they added bacon even though that I didn’t asked for it. When I told them that, they were not happy, of course they didn’t apologize. They offered to just remove the bacon, as if that I could not do that myself. Finally, they made me a new one, this time they removed the Brie and added apples instead! I will think trice before coming to this place again. Now I know why I love to go to Starbucks.

You cannot beat this place. It was my go-to for Sunday mornings when Cars and Coffee Irvine was still happening. Now, its my weekend staple for when we have a house full of kids and a lazy Sunday is planned for PJs and cartoons. Great pricing on everything, and the speed, well, the speed is just awesome. Everything you could want for a quick in and out experience, OJs on ice near the register or coffee if you so choose. If my kids go with me they grab the Chocolate milk always at the ready. Bagels: sooooo many bagels. All the bagels. from great morning sandwiches to later in the day bagels and cream cheese, sandwiches, and a veritable cornucopia of toppings, this place is a very easy win. The staff are always friendly and eager to greet you. The sheer amount of choices and the skill that is required to move through that area at breakneck speed is just unreal. Kudos to all of you. Will see you again… very soon! — RTJ

Been here two times and no salt bagel. Guess I’ll just have to go elsewhere since they don’t want to carry the bagels all the other shops do. Sad for them. They could’ve made over $ 20 on my families order each time we wanted bagrls.(Knock knock) Hear that owner? That’s called a lost opportunity that you won’t get back and lost revenue.

I ask for double toasted and I get not toasted. If they actually care to pot effort into making your food it’s good. Today they lost my business. I am just tired of having to tell them to remake my food.

Brueggers is usually consistent no matter where you are and this one is no exception. Dense and chewy no frills bagels are what you usually get with their less than mediocre coffee. Can you tell I am not a fan? So this biased reviewer always gets a jalapeño bagel toasted, which is great to wake up those taste buds first thing in the morning. Imho it is the one bagel they actually make better than the competition. Iced coffee is a watered down version of the swill you find at McDonalds. Stick with the hot coffee if you must or walk across the parking lot to get drinkable caffeine. Service is always quick no matter how long the line appears.

The only thing I ever eat, and have ever eaten here is the bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel with Chipotle sauce and avocado. My best friend that passed away used to work here and he would always make that for me with so much love. After he passed, i couldn’t go here for a number of years. But now that I do, I love it. Even if the line is out the door they get you in and out very fast. That being said, the employees SUCK at listening. You’ll say«bacon egg and cheese on onion» and they’ll say«sausage or bacon?» Like I just said bacon. Then ask«on onion right?» Yes. «Anything else?» Yeah can I get Chipotle and avocado on it too please? A second later avocado aaaaand??? Like DUDE. PLEASEJUSTLISTEN! I know making a simple sandwich is super confusing and all. But please, for my sanity just listen instead of speaking to each other in Spanish. It’s getting super annoying.

Overpriced, small bagels. Nothing special. I personally prefer I Love Bagels in Mission Viejo or Bagel Schack in Lake Forest. These bagels were tough and the cream cheese tasted almost sour??? No thank you.

This is definitely not the best of the Brueggers locations in south OC. Bagels are a breakfast staple in my book, but for some odd reason this location doesn’t put out all of the typical bagel sandwich condiments for breakfast. Specifically, I like a little green chile on my egg and cheese bagel, but that’s never out and ready at this location. Some of the folks will get it out of the fridge — it just requires turning around — but others won’t. So when I stop at this particular location because it’s close to my son’s school I never know if I’ll get my bagel sandwich they way I want it. Otherwise, the place is clean and the quality is consistent with other locations.

I love bagels! I am currently 6 months pregnant and all I crave to eat morning, noon, and night is bagels! So happy to see a Bruegger’s right next to my house! This is my favorite place to get bagels, next to Einstein bagels. I love their egg and cheese on a bagel. I like mine with turkey sausage and egg whites on an everything bagel the best! I like to add veggie cream cheese to the bottom(when I get home) and it makes the perfect breakfast sandwich. My other favorite is smoked salmon with no red onions and extra capers. Got half a dozen bagels yesterday and they were all fresh! My mother-in-law was so excited when I offered her one and they were still piping hot. Highly recommend the rosemary and olive oil bagel with veggie cream cheese or the blueberry with strawberry cream cheese. Coconut iced coffee is pretty delicious, too! Overall, I’ve always had a pleasant experience when coming in. Employees are very quick seem to handle rushes pretty well– doesn’t change the quality of my breakfast.

These guys are so quick! I started coming here in the mornings before work or school for the simple fact that I can be out with my fully cooked bagel within minutes. And that’s with a full line. Super friendly staff and great food!

Okay, I think 3 stars is pretty good for a bagel shop unless they really blow you socks off(which Brueggers definitely does not). But the bagels & breakfast sandwiches are sufficient to fill you up. The prices are cheap, but they do move the line slowly sometimes, which sucks when you have x time to get to work.

Although this particular Bruegger’s is a little slow moving, the bagels in this chain are the finest in South OC of chain bagel shops. Rosemary Olive Oil is a phenomenal alternative to a «plain» bagel for the less adventurous, and the wide variety of spreads are fantastic.

Great Bagels & a friendly staff. This location is located right next door to CVS& parking isn’t a problem, but I always go early. It’s very easy to find. The inside is very well kept & extremely clean. I normally get a cinnamon raisin or pain bagel, usually both haha, and they are excellent very time! If anyone’s in the area & looking for a great bagel etc… I would highly recommend coming here!

I love this place. Today I got the egg and cheese w/sausage on jalapeño beagle. It was alike crowded on a Friday morning but everyone was getting theirs to go so there was plenty of seating.

If you’re not in the market for the mom and pop feel that I think a bagel shop should have, then this is your place. Probably the best bagel shop in the area. The people are hard to understand at times, and the line can literally be out the door at times(partly due to it being the most popular bagel shop, and partly because it’s kind of a small place), but the quality is good. I also like that they have the mocha coolers and stuff like that… which is hard to find in other bagel shops that are smaller.

I order breakfast from here every few Fridays for work. I do two of the big bagel bundles and 10 breakfast sandwiches… 5 with bacon and 5 with sausage. I call it in, say I will be there in 10 minutes, and its ready just as I finish paying. I called this past week, and halfway through my order, the girl knew the rest of it… which was awesome. Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are good, and they have many different flavors of creamed cheese to choose from.

I’ve been coming here on my way to work for breakfast and I really like their bagels. They are really flavorful. I used to get panera bagels but bruggers are better quality. I can get a bagel with cream cheese and a large soda for 5 dollars. They have a lot of cream cheese flavors too, I like the bacon scallion and garden veggie. They have lunch too which I have never tried. The line usually moves quickly. The customer service is just ok, nothing over the top but by no means bad. I don’t really expect much from a bagel shop except hot tasty bagels, and bruggers always delivers.

BAGEL Madness! It’s comes a time in every person’s life when you just don’t feel like making your own breakfast or lunch and you don’t have too! This place will TAKECAREOFYOU! They have several varieties of bagels and cream cheese as well… YUMMY! They even have the dozen or whatever deal with the cream cheese! AND if that is not enough you can call ahead and it will be ready for you when you get there! They also do wraps and the THINBAGEL if you are so INCLINED to NOT eat so much starch! I really like the sun dried tomatoes spread they put on the sandwiches and wraps. VERYGOOD! You can also do lunch here as well if you want a BAGELSANDWICH! I’ve never done the lunch but it’s the same concept as breakfast but it’s lunch! I always see people in there for lunch so I’m guessing it is rather good! They have a mini outside eating area and they are QUICK, FAST and FRIENDLY! I used to order a about 100 bagel around Christmas time for work just to say thank you I enjoy working with you! Some people were really appreciative others just wanted to eat! SUCHDOGS! Anyway I was glad to do it! The bagels were always FRESHANDSOFT! ANDYOUJUSTREALLYSHOULDTRYTHE cream cheese! REALLYDELICIOUS!
