Established in 2004.

High Country Real Estate Services was founded for the purpose of providing turn key support services to Buyers and Sellers in our retirement/​resort Taos real estate market. As a result of our client centric efforts and attention to detail, we sell Taos real estate twice as fast as the average Taos County REALTOR®. Our brokers hold more top industry designations than any other local brokerage: Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, GREEN, e-​Pro, and Accredited Staging Professional. The firm now covers the Santa Fe and Albuquerque markets as well.

2010 – 2011 Vice Chair/​Fund Raising Chair of the RANM Realtor® Political Action Committee-​New Mexico, Sharon serves also on the RANM regional and state Professional Standards Committees, RANM Mediation Committee, Taos County Association of Realtors® MLS Committee, and the Santa Fe Association of Realtors® International Council. A 2007 graduate of Leadership RANM, she is a member of the Taos MLS, Santa Fe MLS, and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® MLS association. A licensed real estate broker in New Mexico and Colorado and a licensed New Mexico appraiser, Sharon offers her listing clients the additional experience of a trained mediator and home staging services as a certified ASP Realtor®. Clients know her to be a person of high integrity, focused on customer service with a solid understanding of her business and a remarkable ability to listen, evaluate and execute. She is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, graduate of Hollins University, and native Dallasite.
