Axp Auto Express

I went in today to have a noise checked out in my car. They mechanic took it for a spin figured out what was wrong and fixed it all within 20 minutes. Quoted me for $ 75 and when all was said and done told me it’ll only be $ 50. That’s a first. Another shop would’ve charged hundreds and had my car for a few days. I should also add they brought me in to show me the problem and then again to see what they did to fix it. Never had that happen!
Honest, fast, great customer service, and quality work. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Great service phee brought my car in access the issue and did a phenomenal job fabricating and replaced my flex pipes the price was affordable and the service was fast. Definitely going back

the price they quoted was very reasonable and it was done so quick.

My Ford Explorer was making a loud noise brought my truck to AXP. Looked at my truck right away gave me a reasonable price and excellent service. Will definitely come back.

Second time back. Had brake work & a serpentine belt installed over the weekend. Great service reasonable pricing excellent customer service.
The only down side (if you can say down side) this place is busy.
I guess you can attribute it to GREAT SERVICE! I don’t care how busy they get Ill always use Axp Auto Express.

Second time back been a long while well brake service on The old Mazda front brakes and bearings price and job very good. Another Mazda truck just muffler work got a good price even order the muffler on line did the install too good place with good people

Daughter took her car here and loved the fast honest service. They were friendly and reasonable. Only took 24 hours to fix her fuel pump. I’m going to take my car here from now on.

Price is reasonable and service is beyond expectation. We need more mechanics that take pride in their work — quality in their service and not just the appearance of their business.

I just went here for the first time and was very impressed. They were friendly, affordable, and efficient. They also fixed my creaky door for free without me even asking! I highly recommend them!

I drive a saab and no mechanic NO MECHANIC will touch this car, took it to AXP. Boom fixed. They’ve fixed my bucket of a car numerous times actually. Great service, fast, and reasonable pricing. Go for it! A++

By far my favorite auto place. I have been going to them for a few years. Never feel ripped off and they have quick service! I have never been so happy with mechanic:)

Fast reliable service and a reasonable price.

I usually go to the AXP on South Main Street, but have taken my car to both locations. I have done business with AXP several times over the past few years and have no complaints.
The prices are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. On several occasions they have suggested I buy my own parts to keep my cost down — looking out for the customer rather than their wallets.
Their work for me has always been done in a timely fashion, with no hassles.

Custom work for not a lot! I highly recommend AXP — I went there today (1÷6÷11) with what I thought was a hole in my cat. converter– they pointed out to me that the converter was okay but the pipes had multiple leaks –they were able to replace the pipes while I waited for $ 140 — Buzz

I look for 3 things in an auto mechanic: 1) competence 2) honesty and 3) reasonable price. At AXP Auto that is exactly what you get. I discovered this place back in 1996 when my brakes started squeaking and then grinding. I went to two different chains, one was Midas and I think the other one was Speedy. I was told by both that I had waited too long and damaged both my discs and my calipers beyond repair. According to them I basically needed completely new front disc brakes. One estimate was for about $ 900, the other over $ 1000. I was very skeptical and I declined.
I then happened to stop by AXP one day and spoke to Roger, the guy who runs the place. He said those estimates were ridiculous and there was no way I would need new calipers for one thing, and that I might not even need to replace the entire discs, only the pads. He said it would probably be around $ 200 and I was thrilled. When a mechanic says «probably around $ 200», you figure something like $ 275, so when the bill came to just under $ 150, I was absolutely delighted. Roger said that the left disc was fine and he just had to machine the right one a bit and it should be fine too.
He could have easily charged me a lot more and I still would have been happy. He saw how high those estimates were and still gave me a great price and won a 100% loyal customer ever since. This place will not take advantage of you even if you don’t know a thing about cars.
The only drawback is that a lot of people know about this place, so it’s very hectic. When they had just the one place across from Sudbury Farm, you’d have a hard time finding room to park your car in their lot. And a lot of cars would be blocked in. Now they have a second place near the Ford dealership, 2 or 3 miles down the road and that one has more parking. Still, it might take time for them to get to your car, and if it’s not an emergency, they might tell you to call them back in a few days or a week. But it is well worth it for the quality of service and the value you get here.
