For about 6 months I’ve been dealing with on and off back pain, and my primary care prescribed muscle relaxers to help ease the pain. I’m annoyed that doctors are so quick to prescribe pills, so I turned to the web and read up lots of reviews on Chiropractic services.
Last night I couldn’t sleep due to severe upper back pain, so I figured it’s time to see a chiropractor. I live in Randolph and came across Barbati & Davies– they’re only a few miles from my house. They had great Google, Facebook, and Unilocal reviews, so I gave them a call this morning and they got me in at 3pm.
I met with Dr. Craig Davies and he reassured that my self diagnosis of working behind the computer all week wasn’t helping. He hooked me up to a machine that pulsated and heated the muscles in my upper back, it felt like a deep tissue massage. After that, he cracked my neck, mid, and upper back. Never heard a noise like that before!
I then stood up and to my surprise, the pain was literally gone. He then suggested I return a few days later only if my pain doesn’t subside.
Everyone at the office is professional and they know what they’re doing. I never would have imagined a back spasm could be fixed in less than an hour. I had to write this review in hopes that if anyone has any doubts about seeing a chiropractor, hopefully my experience will convince you to go.

I really liked the doctor. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. However, trying to find out if my insurance covered the appointment was time consuming. The office didn’t know if they took my insurance and I felt the need to call my insurance company myself to find out. Other than that I enjoyed my experience and really enjoyed the doctor.

Very efficient and organized office. Great treatment as well. Dr. Davies is great! I look forward to returning here whenever my back needs it.

I was involved in a pretty bad car accident last year, leaving me in terrible pain. I was told I had to see a chiropractor and to pick one closes to me. I randomly picked Dr. Davies practice, knowing nothing about what treatments I would receive, because I’ve never been to a chiropractor I’ve only heard of them. To my surprise it was a really good experience. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve encountered for doctors.
Dr. Davies was wonderful. I told myself I would never let anyone crack my neck, only because I’ve probably watched too many movies where people die from that. However I trusted him. He was very caring, not just the «aww that’s terrible, I hope it gets better» more of the caring where you feel like they really care. His entire office is staffed with great people. Everyone was very friendly and warm. Over the months that I was there, it felt like they became this new little family I would see 3 times a week. I was sad I wouldn’t see them anymore after he told me I was done with treatments. We all got to know each other so well.
He is a great doctor, if you ever need a chiropractor, they are your people! I promise you’ll never have a friendlier experience and in the end you will feel either all better or close to being all better, because Dr. Davies and his team are great professionals at what they do, healing the pain and nurturing your spirits. :)

Dr. Davies is the man when it comes to your chiropractic needs. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I have had a few friends use this office as well and they would all to recommend this practice.

I started coming to this office over 10 years ago from a family referral to see Dr. Barbati after a car accident and have been going back ever since for minor adjustments and back issues.
Over the last year and a half, I have been seeing Dr. Davies and he is a miracle worker! I did something to my back a couple of weeks ago that had me in so much pain I couldn’t even walk. My primary care just brushed me off and gave me pain medication. After a day of not being able to move without almost crying, I called Dr. Davies’ office and Dr. Davies was able to get me out of pain in two visits. He is also extremely nice which is always a plus when someone will be twisting you around like a pretzel and making your back crack.
The staff is very nice and knowledgeable in regards to insurance coverage. They have evening hours which is also a huge plus. Even though I live in Somerville, I will continue to trek it down to Randolph to see Dr. Davies because I know I will receive great care.

I was in a car accident over a month ago. I was stopped and hit from behind at a very high rate of speed. I have been in excruciating pain ever since. I went to Dr. Craig Davies the day of the accident.
He has been the most amazing Chiropractor ever. He is kind, sweet and just absolutely terrific. I can’t imagine having any other Doctor besides him. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated with nothing but respect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Davies and his amazing staff. They’ve become like my family the past several weeks. They’ve helped me get through this unbearable pain… I thank them all for that!
