I spoke with Bill about setting up transportation service for my guests from the hotel to the church. He seemed nice at first, however when it was time to book, he failed to answer my emails at all. When I called to have a contract sent to me, and asked about how to send a deposit appropriately, he seemed like he wasn’t interested in my business and said he would try to send me a contract that day. His contract was vague and some information needed to be updated, like how many passengers would be allowed on the bus etc. I wrote a simple reply to update passenger count, add the addresses to contract (which every site recommends) and make sure the total price stated was inclusive of taxes, tolls, fees and gratuity. I also asked about the financial repercussions if there were mechanical or other failures preventing transport of our guests. His policy stated that they were not responsible for any mechanical failures and we wanted to know if and how reimbursement takes place, as transportation is quite expensive. I received a nasty reply via email stating how he has the «best customer service» and that I need to find another company and the cancellation of our reservation was to follow in the morning. Please do yourselves a FAVOR and find another company! Don’t waste your time sending emails or calling a company with such poor customer service. I mean it is unacceptable that they are unable to put together a proper contract nor are the capable of discussing questions or concern on the customer end in a professional manner.

Buston Attitude and Bill went above and beyond for our wedding!!! We had the beautiful white trolley for our wedding transportation. Bill not only was punctual, friendly and fun but he went above the call of duty to help our ceremony get started smoothly. The trolly looked great for pictures and Bill helped with keeping the park open for our wedding party photos. Bill literally saved my wedding.
A few days before the Big Day, my other transportation company bailed on me. I sent several frantic emails to any other transportation company I could find, and Bill was the first response. He said simply, ‘call me’. So I did.
My request was not an easy one — we needed help to get from the hotel to the ceremony site and then to the reception — not just for the wedding party, but for all of our guests as well.
Bill made it happen! He got us all the vehicles we needed, in the time frame we needed, and gave us the same price as the other company had quoted us! He even drove the wedding trolley himself.
Bill was kind, gracious, funny, and tried very hard to put my mind at ease. He succeeded. We now call him our wedding angel! He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly.
I cannot speak more highly of Bill and his company. I hope we have transportation needs in the future so we can call Bill!
