This is the WORST«establishment» I’ve ever been to. I used to order from here every week because it’s 5 minutes away and convenient. I used to love their food but they just keep getting worse and worse each time I order. They’ve messed up my order at least 5 times and have to do a whole investigation each time I call and ask for whatever they forgot or messed up. Rather than just saying«okay no problem we’ll be right there». They take at least an hour and a half to deliver yet I live up the hill from them, and when you call it’s a whole story and half. They’ve even told me that the delivery guy got into an accident and when I went to pick up the order, they didn’t know what I was talking about! Clearly they made that all up. I can’t stand the terrible customer service at this place. It’s a shame because Morristown’s is sooo good. They’re food is fresh and they’re much quicker. I’m so over the Randolph location and will never order from there again.

Ordered delivery. It was almost two hours late, even though it’s only a few miles away. All the food was cold and undercooked when I got it and it was a $ 10 delivery fee? No thanks. Not again. Nice delivery guy. Update: I attempted to get a refund and they told me they would have to pick up the order and get it checked. If you mess up that many orders where you have to check each one to see if they are valid or not, your restaurant is not worth it. 2 stars are now at 1.

I made the mistake of trying this location even though the service at the Morristown location was awful and I vowed never to order from this chain again. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get delivered even though I am 5 minutes away. The driver called me 5 times because he was lost — even though I live on the SAME street the business is on. The food was cold. The driver told me he didn’t have time to get me my credit card receipt. The order was missing food. When I called them, the man who answered was rude and then hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I am an avid cluck u eater and am appalled by this Randolph location. The service is piss poor, the guy at the register will stay on the phone and not acknowledge you while you wait to order or make condescending comments to customers. This might be overlooked if the quality of food was the same, but it’s not. They clearly are taking short cuts by not serving what every other cluck u serves– including the fries which might as well be cafeteria fries. I wish I lived closer to the Parsippany location.

One star is being generous. Worst wings I’ve ever experienced. Your better off going to the A&P for chicken made earlier in the morning. Owners do not care about the quality of the food. It has been this way since the location opened a number of years ago. Don’t bother.

Food: Chicken is pretty good. Some meat tastes old. Service: Poor form. One other person in the store, but cashier still rushed us when ordering. I did not feel welcomed. Value: Be sure to order at least 10 wings to get a free dipping sauce.

2 stars for the halfway decent wings but you can get the same anywhere else at half the price. My biggest problem was with the service. I stood at the counter for a while before I realized the kid standing in the middle of the kitchen about 10 feet away was asking me what I wanted. When he lazily shuffled up to actually take the order he mumbled through everything, I had to repeatedly ask what he just said. After a ridiculously long wait my overpriced boneless wings came out. I then had to get up ask for bleu cheese(which I had ordered) napkins and fork. It wasn’t busy as it was me, mumbles and someone in the kitchen at the time. It would have been nice to be given some handi wipes, but after dealing with mumbles I just left. Next time I will just go to the A&P to get my wings

Normally I’m a fan, this place needs some help, I was just there June 25pm, one guy had no clue about the menu the other kid new the business but was rude. I got 15 boneless to go, I got no fork or napkin, n the 15 pieces ranged from good size to tiny.

Oh my god the food was so bad. Really dry chicken. Really greasy biscuits. And the Mac cheese was pretty much cheese sauce for the cheese fries poured over some noodles. So gross. Only thing I liked was the nuclear BBQ sauce but not worth it. Never going back.

First time here abd they serve me all dried chicken. Meat is all dried inside, no juicy meat at all. I throw it away half of them. Not so good experience. Sandwich was somewhat fresh but lack of meat. I may not come back here, unless im really desperate.

I always go to the Parsippany or Morristown locations. I think I’ll stick to what I know. Everything about this place says«We are cheap. «Signs about outside drinks, minimum charges, etc. The place seems cramped, the wall of flame has broken lights(read: glass) and the price is at least $ 2 more than other locations. This could be overlooked if they hadn’t burned my wings and put hardly any sauce on them. Since when does the sweet chili sauce look like a dry rub? If I hadn’t taken it to go, I would have asked for a replacement immediately. Lesson learned. PS, I’m writing this review from the cheaper, higher quality Parsippany location. They give me coupons! :P

Cluck U in Morristown is great. Food tastes good, portions are sufficient. The complete opposite exists at the randolph Cluck U. And on top of it all, randolph store just raised their prices. $ 12.99 for a 10 piece tender meal with soda and fries. $ 13!!! For mediocre chicken bits. Terrible. Go elsewhere.

Edit Greg S. 2÷27÷2014 I love Cluck U but this one is terrible the chicken seem like they make it early in the day then microwave it. The chicken was slightly cold in the middle and had a freezer burnt taste. «Horrible» place and it very pricey. I’ve been to other Cluck U’s, but this one I don’t recommend.

I’ve been to this Cluck U a few times, always hoping for that rare«this is awesome» hot wing meal you don’t completely regret. This location hasn’t come close(Morristown has). They’re busy enough that the wings aren’t dry or seem like they’ve been sitting out for hours waiting to be sold, and it’s generally clean inside. This last time I was there will probably be my last though. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and some wings to carry out — not very complicated. When I got home the wings had the wrong sauce and the sandwich was less than half cooked. It looked like a barely seared tuna steak. With all the sauce I didn’t even notice until I was halfway through, now I’ve got 3 days of hoping not to get salmonella poisoning. It’s one thing when the kids(probably my age) in the back are d***ing around, laughing, talking, and the food coming out of the kitchen is great. It’s very different when the orders are messed up and the food isn’t even cooked.

Never had a bad experience. The fried chicken is great! The wings are big and juicy.

Went at halftime of the Superbowl and they were closed. Either they ran out of wings or called it an early night?

Place was empty, but 2 sandwiches managed to take them over 10 minutes to make. After the wait, the food was only mediocre. Wish there was a planet wings around here…

Have to update my previous review. I originally had been pretty soured by the once terrible service. However, they seemingly have recently hired a few people who a) speak proper English and b) understand proper English. When I’m in the mood for some bad-for-you chicken, Cluck-U is a great standby. The food isn’t anything special of course, but anyone coming here and expecting that needs a reality check. I still like the Morristown location better however, so I can only give 3 stars. Delivery is quick however, and that is always an upshot.

I love cluck-u in general, but this place is a little lacking. The frequency at which they mess up orders is unbeleiveable. I could understand complicated orders getting messed up ever so often but is chicken wings with a type of sauce, not exotic culinary cuisine. If you get delivery it comes pretty quick, if you go to sit down inside it takes a little longer. Apparnetly their business model includes to serve sit-downs after phone orders? On the bright side they offer a student discount.
