Ron Defilippis is the best in that he is smart and finds out all the answers I ask in a efficient and pleasant manner. We have used him for 20 years and I have recommended others to him and they are equally satisfied.

Was told by their managing partner that I was insignificant and that I should do him a favor and take my business to H&R Block where it belongs. Then he hung up on me. That was in response to a question I had about my prepared return. Horrible! Don’t expect any guidance from this group and most certainly do not ask them any questions! (Had to give at least one star — wish I could give minus 5 stars)

Rude and not customer friendly. Ron Defillips screamed at my wife for asking a question about our taxes. He said she was insignificant and we should take our business to H&R Block

I have been going here for several years for my taxes and have been satisfied overall. My only negative is that I don’t feel like I am getting very personalized service. I wish I could talk more with them when they are doing my taxes to give me suggestions on what I could be doing better. I feel like a little fish in a big pond.
