History

Established in 2009.

One Call Ventilation, Inc was started in 2009 by Scott and Kevin, who had been friends since they 7 years old. From Cub Scouts thru High School they stayed very close, years later they went to work for hood system company where they learned the trade. From there, they decided to branch off on there own and take a shot at the American dream. They started with 1 truck and 1 account… years later they have amassed thousands of accounts including MIT, Google, all of Beer works locations, all of the Tavern in Square locations. Now with 8 GPS tracked vehicles, over a dozen licensed employees, One Call is the fastest growing and one of the most respected hood system specialists in the industry.

I’m so glad that I found One Call Ventilation. When I called on Monday Scott was very helpful. I did not have to wait for a week for someone to stop by, on Tuesday Jose and Joey came by and did a superb job cleaning my equipment. The guys knew what they were doing and were extremely professional. I could not be happier with the choice I made by hiring One Call Ventilation.

The best experience I have had as a restaurant owner. Where were you guys 2 years ago, oh well am I glad you came to my calling you. Superb cleaning job all the way around… INCREDIBLE…thanks to Paul and Jose…2 professional cleaners and cared enough to make the kitchen was spotless when they were completed with their work. Proud of them because to me they are the last people we see that represent One Call Ventilation and left a wonderful feeling about who they work for. Any time of the day I would send more business to One Call Ventilation. Pricing is very good, service timely and CUDOS!!!

I have been using One Call Ventilation for a few years now, but I had to write a review because their service and employees just keeps getting better. They respond fast and efficiently to my requests. Today they cleaned the hoods of two restaurants I am in charge of, and it was nothing short of superb. The particular crew that was sent out today, showed up on time, deep cleaned the exhaust hood and equipment, and cleaned up the area as well as I clean it up. I recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

This company was hired to install a ventilation system across the alley from our condo building and damaged our fire escape with their crane during installation (it dented a steel fire escape almost 20 feet off the ground!). When we first contacted One Call with the images & evidence, they were amenable and eventually (after working with the restaurant that hired them) One Call put us in touch with their insurance company to file the claim.
Fast forward a few weeks later and their insurance company says One Call is now denying responsibility and their insurance is therefore closing the claim. The restaurant that hired them has been extremely apologetic to us & said they wished they hired another company.
