He has been classically trained as an Engineer, and his 30 plus years of experience and expertise has him crossing multiple platforms. He has also continued his education over the years and has achieved several related industry Certifications, also gaining proficiency in many business software packages as well as Sales & Marketing. Darayl is very detail oriented & technically capable. His practical knowledge of Business Operations, Accounting and Finance and People Skills affords him the tools he needs to oversee and manage all aspects of an Enterprise. Darayl is an exceptional communicator, he easily simplifies complex issues, and has the ability to meet strict schedule and program objectives while excelling in fast paced environments. This man loves the challenge of change and the unknown, and has zero anxiety about his ability to find answers that will achieve the best results!
