Went with a group of 6, including a 12 year old. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable; our RSO Mason made the entire experience both safe and fun.
We were all a little nervous as this was our first time handling firearms, but that quickly was replaced by confidence and a sense of accomplishment as Mason worked with each shooter. Thank you RTSP. You have made us customers for life by treating us so well.

Pretentious Place, over priced, AR-15’s shot all day at 25 yards? testicles are in soup from the heat Get passed up on line for Jonny pot smoker, some new rapper. His entire crew stunk like weed and were shooting, while staff takes pics. Get badly cut off by black kia soul plate rstp 00, women on the phone. wanna be Sopranos from law enforcement? Oh it’s NJ. save the place for the Asian tourist from fort lee.

The building and the range is really nice. New, state of the art so no complaints there.
The biggest problem I have are the prices. They charge msrp or more for their handguns and rifles. Every gun I was interested in was around $ 200+ more in RTSP than on other stores. For example, a colt expanse can be found for arou d $ 600 online but rtsp charges 800. Ridiculous! Save your money and research online prior to buying there.
Most of their sales staff are incompetent and lazy. I asked a young kid with a crew cut how much a handgun they didnt have would cost to order and instead of looking up the price, he blurts out some arbitrary price which was not the correct price. He was just too lazy to look it up in the system. I went back another day and spoke to a young tall dark haired guy and asked him to order the same gun for me and he says, «I can’t look right now but I’ll take your name and number and call you tomorrow» which he never did. So I call back a few days later and find out nothing was ordered.
Most of the sales staff sees you stand there and walks by you without asking if you need help. When you do finally talk to someone, be prepared to wait there for a while because it seems they handle more than one customer at a time I stead of taking care of one at a time.
There are exceptions to the sales staff. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names but they provided good customer service.
In regards to rentals, I rented 2 handguns I was interested in purchasing and bought 2 boxes of ammo for me and my wife and that cost $ 118. What a rip off.
The range is very nice and the expansion was great but I’m not paying for that with their inflated gun prices. If you do go, just go for the range. Bring your own firearms, bullets, and targets.

Was skeptical about if it would be fun and safe at the same time being that it was my first time. But I feel like I lucked up and got the best instructor there because he made everything sound real simple his name was Mike at first I thought he was rough and impatience guy because of his size but he turned out to be the opposite was very helpful and patience made the trip here fun I would definitely come back here

I haven’t been to a firing range or even shot a gun in years and thought it would be fun… it was. The required paperwork and safety video was easy to get through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Bohzena helped us pick out a couple of pistols to rent. Mason gave us a thorough instructional on the range and provided answers assistance during our entire visit. Never were we made to feel awkward about being newbs. Even the other experienced shooters there were friendly and encouraging. Definitely will be going back.

Very organize, great staff that was very helpful, especially Big Mike! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and helped teach new techniques.

I came here with very minimal knowledge on what rifle I was in the market for. I’ve been to a few gun stores and got close to zero acknowledgement. I stumbled upon rtsp my results were fantastic. If anybody is in the market for a firearm go and speak to Nolan or Randall. They are super knowledgeable and put up with my 1000 questions without hesitation. Because of them I 100% will be back.

I just became a member here recently and I think this place is Great. The people here are super friendly and helpful.
Joe A (aka Cuban joe lol) was very kind to help me on my form and after he did I shot my target exactly where I wanted it. He was very easy to talk too and very informative. I felt very comfortable talking to him and asking questions.
Another Joe (I didn’t get his last name lol) I spoke too today was great too. when I had problems with my gun he was able to help me out. and was very friendly.
The staff in the front desk was also great!
I enjoyed this place very much and I can’t wait to pick up my gun when it comes in!
Only mini downside bullets are expensive here :(

The owner, Brad, reached out to me and was really nice trying to make up for our bad experience. He invited my girlfriend and I back again, which we weren’t expecting, so it was very generous of him.
We went back to check our receipt and turns out I made a mistake in my last review. We didn’t pay an additional $ 25 for the instructor fee, it was already included in our beginner package. However, if you wanted an instructor, the regular fee would be $ 25. So my girlfriend and I paid about $ 80 plus and additional $ 10 for extra ammo so it came out to a little under $ 100.
Besides the instructor we had, the staff was all great and the owner reaching out to make it up to us is just great customer service.

I’ve come here a bunch of times with my dad and even by myself and I love it. I’ve shot before at a few different ranges and I’m decently experienced with handguns that I feel very comfortable with minimal help from anyone, but I love that if I need help there’s someone totally capable to answer my questions. We usually come in the evening on Wednesdays and it’s pretty quiet with no wait, except the first and third Wednesdays of the month when a local gun club has their meetings here, even still, it’s not a problem to get a port. I’ve rented guns here without a problem and without the guns jamming. The staff is always very friendly and as a girl, I’ve never felt intimidated or patronized because of it. I wish I still lived closer to here otherwise I’d come all the time.
What I love the most is how accessible they make this sport to those that are interested. They make it simple, without a lot of red tape garbage, for someone to learn and become a skilled shooter in a safe environment.

Took my husband so he could have some fun. I got nervous and felt overwhelmed when we got to the range so I tried to back out. Mike (a.k.a Big Mike) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us exactly what to do and even convinced me to try the rifle. We had a great time and definitely look forward to going back.

Felt same way the others folks did about staff behind the counter if you want to purchase a pistol or rifle. Not very helpful or knowledgeable about their inventory. It’s almost like a chore for them to help you out.
Range is pretty though.

This place was very informative. Aside from the video training you are also trained by a hands on instructor. I truly recommend for first time shooter. There is a wide variety of guns. & the prices aren’t ridiculous!

Came here to shoot for the first time and had a great experience. The stay was friendly and helpful. We got the beginner package for 2 and there was a guide with us for the first 15 mins. He walked us through everything in detail and watched us shoot before letting us do it on our own. Had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again.

Very organized indoor shooting range. First time shooters have to watch a safety video which is informative. If you have your own gun and ammo you don’t have to rent theirs. You purchase the port by the hour and each port can fit a max of four people. It’s $ 20 per hour and each additional person is $ 10. Comfortable environment for the ladies and youth. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable when my friend inquired about purchasing a firearm. Will return for sure :)

We had so much fun! My husband and I decided to do something fun for valentines and this was definitely fun fun fun! We didn’t know what to expect since neither of us been to a shooting range before. I will like to mention that if it is your first time, it’s okay to be nervous. Luckily, the staff members guide you through all the steps before going in and you feel more confident. I would highly recommend to ask for *Angel* to help you, he was so nice and always asking if we needed help. We would definitely come back!

— They will call your party via the intercom. Not sure what the buzzer was for, it didn’t blink nor buzzed when we were called.
–Get there early! The line for first timers was super long. By 4pm on a Sat, wait could be up to 1.5hrs.
— Our instructor showed us the basics and stayed for a bit to make sure we were comfortable. After that, he left us by ourselves which was nice.
We rented the Gloc 19 + 100 bullets + 4 different targets = $ 103. (ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. I wished they automatically gave receipts, totally forgot to ask for mine.)

Relaxed and comfortable environment, down to earth staff, although the prices seemed pretty high from what I’ve heard the average price is for indoor shooting ranges. I shot a .357 Magnum and bought a box of cartridges, with two targets. Came to roughly 100 bucks. Overall I would suggest this place.

Very cool staff and helpful.
The membership is definitively a must if you plan to come «frequently» (let’s say twice a month) ! You don’t pay for the line rental (20 $/​hr), have verrrrrry good discounts on ammos (about 30% off I would say), almost every gun rental is 10 $/​hr, etc… it’s totally worth it !

Facility — Comfortable.
Prices — Up there.
RTSP was the first range I went to. I paid the $ 25 fee for the Intro Class. Chris was my instructor. He was a pleasant and patient person. He really took the time to go over everything with me. He definitely proved he had an in depth knowledge of guns and wanted to pass on a respect for guns.
Looked at my receipt when I got home and they charged $ 26 for a box of 50 9 mm rounds. Looked it up online and they cost ranges from $ 8.95−14.95. What a mark-​up

Awesome place. I took my 14yr old son with me for some much needed stress relief. We rented a rifle for him and a hand gun for me. Being 1^st timers at their facility, you have to register yourself. After that it was smooth. We told the gentleman what we were in the mood for and he guided to which firearm we should go with. We were there for an house and went thru 3 boxes of amo.
Definitely plan on going back with family and friends.

Actually my second time coming here, yet first time using the true m4a1, had to admit the feeling was real and remarkable. You can never imagine you are a soldier until you be one.
The officer was extrememly helpful, they will first inform you the knowledge about the were gun then let you try it before turning away. Their tips are very friendly and user-​tailered.
An hour was such a short time, yet this was one of my best experiences so far. Not too many girls in the rifle area, I’m brave enough to be one.
