I want to commend Orsinis on their response to my request for service.
The appointment had been set through a third party warranty service that unfortunately neglected to give Orsini’s my
correct telephone number (though I stressed that the number the warranty service had on file was incorrect).
This morning I drove up to Harpers Ferry from DC (in a rental as I am carless) to wait for the repairman. I called Orsini’s to check on arrival time and was told they had called twice to confirm. As I had not returned the call there was NOT an appointment. After explaining my predicament the calm woman on the phone was kind enough to make arrangements for a technician to come over.
