Jeremy also serves on the Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity Site Selection Committee.

History

Established in 2005.

Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler as a third generation REALTOR® in 2005. Their 8 member team includes 4 full time REALTORS®, a licensed closing coordinator, listing coordinator, professional home stager, and social media coordinator. They pride themselves in providing first class service whether you are buying or selling real estate in Rapid City or the Black Hills. In 2015 they closed 192 and they are currently the top real estate team in the Black Hills for number of properties sold. The team’s average days on market was 38.

Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City. He married his bride, Amanda in 2005, and they have two children Lucas born in 2012 and Madelyn born in 2014. They love the outdoors and all the Black Hills has to offer including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, hunting, camping and boating.
