Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, some of my specialties are Military families (I am a proud Air Force Brat!), Relocation, and first time buyers! I pretty much summed up my bio in the business description– I don’t sell houses, I assist in the purchase and sale of homes. Homes aren’t a commodity, and all agents are not the same– we all bring our own work ethic, personality and experience to the table. In my business practice, I like to add some fun, and on the flip side, provide all the things that COULD go wrong, so everyone is prepared and thinking ahead of the transaction.

It’s not all about me, or the sale… it is about the working relationships that are created, and the strong partnership in finding the right home!

I made a mistake and posted this on her brokers part so here it is for her specifically:
Here are the facts of our experience with Krisan Mitchell,
We contacted Krisan about a property she had listed. We liked it and wanted to put an offer on it. She explained to us she was a sellers agent and was out for their best interest. I respected that and decided it would be a good idea to get a buyers agent to represent us. Krisan exhibited unprofessional conduct to not only me but my agent. I didn’t let her behavior detour us because we really liked the property. We went ahead with the offer and countered twice. Both counters came back full price as is. Finally, we accepted the full price as is counter because it really wasn’t that much more money. My agent was communicating with me as she was communicating with Krisan to verify everything the seller stated was accepted. I explained we fully understand the property is sold as is and accept the price and condition. Two days later Krisan emails my agent and states «multiple offers bring your best offer to the table». At this point I was taken aback in disbelief because we accepted their counter full price as is and now she is saying we have to bring more. Please draw your own opinion from my experience, I just want to let others know.
