Rob Trainor has owned and operated Highland since 1982. Because of his relationship with «Big Box Store X» — he realized that there are a lot of people who would like the relative convenience and savings of buying their materials from a Big Box Store … only he realized that they were being charged huge mark-​ups over the quoted installs. Highland was getting plenty of business out of the relationship, but in all honesty, Rob just couldn’t stand seeing his customers being taken advantage of like that … and as long as he was «the box store installer» he was legally bound to keep quiet about. Simple solution … Rob chose to not renew with the Big Box Store. Rob has started a sister business — Raynham Kitchen Bath and Tile — to better represent the work done for Kitchen and Bath Remodeling and just about any tile work.
