CVS Drug Store

I go to this CVS because it’s so very close to home. They have a large selection of make up and candy. I enjoy browsing through their holiday isles.
The cashiers up front are pleasant.
It’s the pharmacy employees that bother me. I either get uncomfortably hit on («So, what are you doing tonight… Do you have a boyfriend?») or glared at like I’m bothering them with my presence. When I go to CVS to pick up a perscription I will look at who is in the pharmacy and if it’s a certain 2 people (names will be left out for now), I will walk right back out the door and come back at another time.
This location is convenant, but it’s frustrating to time my visits around pharmacy employee’s schedules.

I went there for a headache. One that I have had for a couple of days, needing Excedrine. I only go to this store for that, or cheap mascara. That’s it.
I’m a Raytowner, and this store is close, and convenient, and it is the weirdest store in Raytown, (except for the Walgreen’s). In my pre Unilocal life, I would use this store for uncomplicated prescriptions, and they’d call me, and say, «Your prescription is ready.» I’d drive to the store, and there’d be no one in there, No one. And I’d have a 45 minute wait for them to get the meds ready. «We didn’t call you. so you need to wait.»
OR…they’d never call with the prescription, that I’d dropped off that morning. When I’d call and ask them if it’s ready they said, «We never got it.» I’d say, «Yes you did.» and the argument would continue, until they found it. I’ve never been so lucky as to be presented with a pick up line, as Sara D. was. I must’ve gone to the store at the wrong time.
This store is weird. I love the make up aisle, hate the overhead music, and it smells funny. Not worth going there for Maybelline, but I do look at the make up when I am shopping for other things. It can’t be avoided. The front staff is fine. Being that, she under charged me today, for generic Excedrine by $ 2.00. And there’s hardly ever a line.
I actually avoid this store at all costs. But it’s great for when you need what I needed today.
