Woodsong Village Apartments

We just leased an apartment in the 200 building May 1^st and without anything even in the apartment yet such as rugs or furniture (mind you which is all brand new and sur am wrapped in boxes) we were getting bit by bugs. We thought originally it was from the trees outside our balcony but weren’t entirely sure cause they were biting us inside the apartment. We insisted to management on pest control coming out to take care of the problem but they didn’t do a thorough job and even told me and my roommate that they didn’t entirely know what they were spraying for and set traps to find out. Well they never came back to check the traps and we investigated on our own and determined it was indeed bed bugs. Managements excuse was that the apartment was vacant for 2 months before we moved in so it cannot be their fault and had to come from us. Bed bugs can live up to a year without any hosts in the home. They also tried to tell us we are responsible for a $ 600 second pest control visit for us bringing it up again when nothing was done the first time. Also we are not allowed to bring in our own pest control person because they are not licensed and insured with their company. Do your selves a favor do not move here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Yes, the girls are nice… but your RENT WILL be increased at the end of your lease every time!
You WILL NOT get your security deposit back. Even if you deep clean your place, they will screw you out of your own MONEY!
Don’t let the security gates fool you. There’s wannabes thumping their music and ghetto trash coming in and out all day and night.
Did I mention the dogs barking at night?
Avoid this place! There’s nicer apartments that are more affordable then these.

Woodsong Village Apts are a great place to live. One of its best features is location… close to shopping restaurants restaurants banking just to name a few. What drew me there was the option of full size washer/​dryers in all units… a great convenience. The staff is also very accommodating in responding to repair & service requests. Although some might consider the facility a bit pricey, the locations history of safety & convenience more than make up for it. A great place to live.

I lived here for 2 and a half years. It was nice at first but having an apartment near the back pool became a nightmare. People from the surrounding apartments and who knows where else, would jump the fence and party at the pool after hours. Management was notified several times but nothing was done. The pool itself was always dirty and trash was often left left behind. (The front pool is much nicer). The police were always driving thru due to domestic issues which I guess is the norm for apartment life. It actually became more cost effective to rent a house before buying recently. On the positive side, the staff were never rude and always friendly, no matter what issues you might have had. A nice stepping stone but definitely not home.

If I could give them no stars, I would.
The apartment is mediocre at its best, the cabinets and the entire apartment is painted in white. Maintenance requests are responded to, but aren’t resolved as they pinch the penny by not actually fixing anything. You will hear garners every day of the week, sometimes at 7am. The management company will change the provisions each time your resign your lease. The management presents that the water bill will be about $ 35/​month, but you will actually pay almost $ 100/​month and when questioned they will tell you it’s not «us» it’s a different company. Whatever security deposit you pay, kiss it goodbye! They will come up with phony charges until you complain and take them to court. THIEFS!

i’ve lived here for 2 years, and am only moving because of work-​related relocation. i wish i could continue to live here. the prices are competitive for the area, the location is great, but even better is the awesome and attentive help the tenants receive from the front staff. they are easily accessible via email, and these kind women will quickly remember your name and greet you with a smile when you come by to ask for a favor or pick up a package. the neighbors are quiet and friendly.

All the office staff are so friendly!!! Celeste, Cindy and the lady that works weekends, they are always helpful and just simply wonderful! Maintenance guys are so friendly and helps right away!!! Neighbors looks out for us and so friendly cause they cook us some of their dishes and gives presents when it’s our birthday’s. Couldn’t have ask for a better place to live.

I lived at Woodsong Apartments for about seven years. It was a fantastic complex, one of the best I’ve lived in throughout my life. What first attracted me to the place is it’s close proximity to the various freeways, but not too close. It’s about 3 miles from the 210 and 3 or 4 miles from the 10 freeway. It’s also close to the Ontario airport (4 miles or so) which was super convenient.
When I first walked in and met Celeste (on, incidentally, one of her first days on the job) she greeted me professionally and gave me the full tour. The office staff definitely impressed me from the very first day.
I settled on a two bedroom unit. It was spacious and the floorplan was nice. The apartment was clean without any damage of any sort.
Parking was easy, The complex is clean and well maintained.
On those occasions when maintenance was needed, it was taken care of quickly and without a fuss.
The units are quiet. Rarely did I hear any noise from the neighbors.
I would, and have, recommended this complex to anyone.

These apartments used to be super nice but it’s gone down hill. The grass is dead and yellow. When you step on it, it feels like tumbleweed. With this the gardeners still come 4 days a week. One to mow one to edge one to trim and one to blow-​which blows. Why are you mowing dead grass? And they come early (I purchased ear plugs so I wouldn’t be woken up) the one con is the pool area except for the cigarette butts we find at times. Management needs to read this and make a change
