My husband and I live in Natick in a 2200 sq ft property. We recently decided to renovate a majority of our house which included gutting our entire kitchen down to the studs. We decided to use CJB Group for our new cabinets and due to the stellar service we ended up doing multiple other projects with him.
To start, Craig (the owner) is one of the most knowledgeable, personable cabinet contractors you could ever ask for. He not only knows everything about the cabinets, counters, fixtures and products he offers, but has a true passion for working with every client to truly understand what they are looking for and provides them with the best solutions possible. He was with us every step of the way and in many cases went above and beyond in offering to meet with us, or come by our house to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and provide ideas.
Our original intent was to just get our cabinets from him, but we ended up also getting our kitchen counter tops, kitchen sink, bathroom vanities and bathroom counter tops from him. He had multiple brands to choose from, at multiple price points and was an expert at helping us to select products that would fit with our style of house and our lifestyle. He provided us with multiple layouts for us to choose from (since we didn’t know whether we wanted an island or peninsula to maximize the space), he was responsive every time we had a question or idea and was extremely thorough in helping us through the final decision making process. The best part was, he explained all the options we had and really made us feel part of the process. From the construction of the cabinets, to the different types of doors to the different finishes, he didn’t leave any detail out and you really knew you were getting premium service. He truly made it fun to design our kitchen and bathrooms.
