History

Established in 1995.

The firm began as the solo practice of Emmanuel H. Dimitriou, Esq. who established himself as one of the preeminent lawyers in the State of Pennsylvania in the area of Criminal Defense. In time, his daughter Eleni Dimitriou Geishauser, Esq. would join him, rounding out the practice to encompass other areas of the law such as Family Law and Wills, Trusts & Estates. Shortly after Eleni joined her father in his practice, her husband, Kurt B. Geishauser, Esq. also brought his unique talents to the family firm, aiding Atty. Dimitriou in the practice of criminal law and some property law.

Today the firm is comprised of Eleni Dimitriou Geishauser, Esq. and Kurt B. Geishauser Esq. each of whom practice in a variety of legal arenas including, but not limited to, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Wills, Trusts & Estates, and Property and Real Estate Law. Each Attorney is well versed in their individual fields providing avid legal representation for their clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Business Owner

Kurt Bernard Geishauser was born in Altoona, PA. He was admitted to the Bar in 1999. He attended Bishop Guilfoyle High School, St. Francis University, and the Dickinson School of Law. In 2002 Kurt joined Emmanuel H. Dimitriou P.C., now Dimitriou Geishauser, P.C. He worked closely with his father-​in-​law, Emmanuel H. Dimitriou, honing his skills in the field of criminal defense. Kurt’s practice concentrates in the areas of Criminal Defense, DUI, Drug Offenses, and White Collar Crime, on both the State and Federal Level. Kurt is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
